In the process of transforming the elite higher education to the public,there are more and more college graduates.The gradually saturated job market faced with the unprecedented pressure,and the employment problems of graduates has attracted the attention of the society.As the intrinsic psychological quality of college students,the psychological capital has a significant impact on the employment tendency of college students.The family capital,which is the native environment of individual growth and development,is the external link in the formation of their employment tendency.Therefore,exploring the influence of the psychological capital and domestic capital on graduates' employment tendency has important significance on deepening the reform of higher education,promoting social employment and developing college students' own quality.This study,basing on the Abraham Maslow hierarchy of needs,divide the tendency of university students' employment into three levels:junior level need,basic level and advanced level needs.The psychological capital is divided into four dimensions:self-efficacy,hope,resilience,optimistic.The domestic capital is divided into the family economic capital,family social capital and the family cultural capital.With the theoretical support of the Abraham Maslow hierarchy of needs,the psychological capital theory and family capital theory,the students' employment tendency investigation questionnairs have been made on 610 college students of five universities in Harbin:Harbin institute of technology,Harbin engineering university,Northeast Forestry university,heilongjiang university,heilongjiang college of engineering Tongji University,Shandong University,University of International Business and Economics Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and so on.The relationship between college students' psychological capital and family capital as well as the employment tendency was analyzed by using the statistical software SPSS22.0 data.Psychological capital and family capital have a significant impact on the employment tendency of college students.The higher level the psychological capital and family capital have,the higher level of employment tendency the college students need.Meanwhile,the specific performance and causes of employment tendency are analyzed.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical research,the strategies of guiding college students to establish a scientific employment in tendency are put forward from universities,students,families and government departments.Universities should strengthen students' career planning education and employment and pioneering education.College students should take the initiative and enrich their inner psychological capital.Family members should adjust expectations and support college students' emotion.The government should make use of "Internet plus" platform and macroeconomic control policy on employment.
