Flipped classroom, also known as inverted classroom,is very different from conventional teaching.Flipped classroom is a new teaching method proposed in recent years, which takes "learning before teaching" as the main teaching method, advocates students' independent learning as the center, and focuses on developing students'innovative and cooperative exploration thinking ability.By consulting relevant literature materials in the library of central China normal university and CNNIC,it is found that flipped classroom has been empirically studied and applied in a number of disciplines and achieved good teaching results. However, there is little research and application in tennis teaching. Therefore, this paper applies flipped classroom to the teaching of tennis forward and backhand techniques, mainly to explore whether flipped classroom can improve students' interest in learning tennis in the technical teaching of tennis, and improve students' emotional experience in the tennis class.Whether it can play an effective role in promoting students' mastery of tennis skills and the progress of technical achievements and improving students' learning efficiency of tennis skills. At the same time, through experimental research, new teaching methods are found out,so that the teachers in the future tennis teaching is not limited to the use of conventional teaching methods,so as to broaden the field of tennis teaching, for the reform of college physical education teaching methods to provide a practical basis. This article mainly using the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics and experimental method,Central China normal university sports college tennis elective course students as experimental object the students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group using flip the classroom, the control group using conventional teaching method, after 16 times(forehand and backhand teaching half)of teaching experiment, the two groups of students' interest in tennis learning(motivation and engagement),the effect of classroom emotional experience, tennis is,backhand technology learning effect, this paper compares and analyzes the results are as follows:1.Interest in learning. There was a significant difference in learning enthusiasm between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01),and a significant difference in participation between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the learning enthusiasm of the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.01),and a significant difference in the participation(P<0.05).Students in the control group showed no significant difference in learning enthusiasm and participation before and after the experiment(P<0.05).2.In the classroom emotional experience, there was an extremely significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01).3.There was a significant difference between the test scores of the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).4.In the effective number of tennis forward and backhand shots, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the effective number of forehand shots(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the effective number of backhand shots(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the total score of forehand and backhand hitting technique(P<0.01).5.In terms of the depth and accuracy of tennis forward and backhand shots, there was an extremely significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the depth of forward and backhand shots(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference in the depth of backhand shots(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the accuracy of forehand and backhand shots(P>0.05).Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Flipped classroom is conducive to improving students' interest in learning tennis forehand and backhand techniques and providing them with better emotional experience in class.2.Flipped classroom is conducive to improving the score of students' forehand and backhand strokes, improving their total score of forehand and backhand strokes, and improving the depth and accuracy of their forehand and backhand strokes,so that students can better master the forehand and backhand strokes. Therefore, flipped classroom can also be applied to the teaching of tennis forehand and backhand strokes.3.Flipped classroom can also improve the effective number of forehand and backhand strokes of students, especially in the teaching of the effective number of forehand strokes, using flipped classroom can achieve better results.
