| Since the 18 th National Congress,the issue of population aging has been highly valued by the Party Central Committee.The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly has identified a positive response to aging as a strategy that China should adhere to for a long time,and is fully and actively involved in responding to the aging of the population.Lay the legal basis.It can be seen that in China's active response to the problem of population aging,party leadership and scientific methodological guidance laid the foundation for China to win the victory in response to social aging.In addition,the aging of the society depends on the joint efforts of all sectors of our society,relying on the relevant social policies to further implement it,and relying on professionals from all walks of life to realize their personal values.After the retirement of the retired old people,the previous busy life turned to leisurely and leisurely life,so there was a psychological gap,and it was not easy to integrate into the community environment in time,and it was easy to have social adaptation problems.There have been some research results in psychology,sociology and medicine.The existing research shows that the analysis and research from the perspective of social work profession is less and not deep enough.Through the intervention of group work,this thesis promotes the reconstruction of the support system for retired elderly people,and helps the retired elderly in the community to actively complete social adaptation.After the specific intervention work,the reasons for the social adaptation of the retired elderly were summarized,and suggestions for improvement were put forward for these reasons.Specific suggestions were put forward in the social policy,family,individual,and social work professions,with a view to involving the retired elderly for the group work method.Social adaptation work provides reference and guidance. |
