In recent years, virtual training which is easy operating, easy interaction and cheap has been developing rapidly because of the booming of online education. But the development of virtual experiment course is hard and costs a long time,the result of the work is also in a low reusability, so the laboratory researched the scalable virtual practical training system to resolve those difficulties and successfully implemented the course display and interact on 2D. But with the development of virtual reality and modeling technology, the 3D experiment course which is much better in display and interaction is the development direction in the future undoubtedly.In order to give the learners a better operating experience,this article dedicate to research how to update the hardware simulation part of the original system from 2D to 3D. We survey and summarize the 3D modeling methods, make practice in image modeling and 3D scanning modeling and finally choose 3D scanning modeling in this article as we consider it conforms best to the original goal of laboratory. In the next we research the interaction between models and the way to keep state transition smooth, propose the plan of the state transition in database. We also learn using Unity engine to implement the models interaction in virtual experiment course, although can't make breakthrough on database access and state transition, but we consider it is the most possible way to scalable virtual practical training system in the futureThe system is based on HTML5, choose WebGL technology in the development, use Three.js library in model import and interactive part.Store the information of model and state with MySql database. The database transmit with the page every moment while the running time of the experiment course and read the message out to support the state change and cover when model state is changed. After verification test, the hardcore simulation part basically achieves the original requirements in display and speed.
