Research On The Professional Values Of Medical College Students

The professional values of medical students are the general understanding and evaluation of medical related occupations.It reflects the basic belief and attitude of medical students to medical related occupation.Medical college students shoulder the important task of promoting the development of medical and health undertakings in china,It can be said to establish and develop the medical students' professional values in a good view,not only related to the development of the cause of the medicine and improve people's health,but also related to the construction of a harmonious society and a better China dream.Based on the law of Growing up of medical students,this paper systematically reviews the concepts of values,professional values and professional values of medical students,On the basis of previous definition,research ideas,research contents and methods,the design of medical students occupation values status questionnaire and interviews,a questionnaire survey was conducted in a provincial medical colleges students,according to interviews conducted in-depth interviews on the part of students.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,combined with the medical related disciplines,professional characteristics and employment prospects,Objective analysis of the mainstream of professional values of medical students is noble,positive,in line with social development,But there are still some medical students have lost their professional values phenomenon: such as professional cognitive ambiguity,vulgar career ideal,lack of professional interest and weak professional ethics.The reasons for the problems of medical vocational college students' professional values are as follows: The weakening of subject consciousness of medical students;the impact of diversified values and unhealthy social atmosphere;Poor effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Medical Colleges;the teaching hospital training system is not perfect.For the above problems and reasons,the following solutions are proposed: Improve the subject consciousness of medical college students;optimize the social macro environment;Giving full play to the main channel of Ideological and political education in medical colleges and Universities;exert the positive influence of teaching hospitals.Finally form the students' own perspective,social angle,school angle,practice hospital angle joint efforts of medical professional college students professional values cultivation mode.This study is conducive to broaden the depth and breadth of relevant research,is conducive to optimizing the training model of medical professionals,so as to transport more high-quality talents for the country's health care industry.
