In the new era,the people's demand for learning is increasing.It is urgent to establish an education system that serves the whole people's lifelong learning so as to guarantee the people the opportunity to enjoy lifelong learning and improve the people's sense of acquisition and happiness.Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University,as the only higher education that carries out distance and open education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,is an important force for the autonomous region to construct a learning society for all and a lifelong education system.Through the continuous improvement and perfection of the talent recruitment in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University,the qualification entrance for the talent team construction will be guaranteed so as to contribute to the development of life-long education in Inner Mongolia.In this context,this paper,taking the talent recruitment in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University as the research object,firstly analyzes the demand and current situation of the talent team in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University,and provides the basis for further targeted recruitment of talents.Based on the teaching pattern of Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University,this paper points out the five professional qualities that teachers need to possess,and makes data statistics on the in-service teaching staff in the university from the following five aspects:professional title structure,educational background structure,age structure,gender structure and part-time and full-time teacher structure.At the same time,this paper analyzes the problems in the talent team construction of Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the recruitment of talents in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University,and makes a detailed statistical analysis of the talent recruitment since 2016.It is concluded that there are some problems in the talent recruitment in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University,such as rough human resources planning,asymmetric recruitment information,limited recruitment methods,sole evaluation method and inadequate recruitment evaluation.According to the above problems,the paper analyzes the reasons from four aspects:the understanding of human resources planning,the pertinence of recruitment and application,the professional skill of the recruiter and the talent recruitment attraction of Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University.Finally,in view of the above problems and analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the talent recruitment in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University.It includes making a good human resources plan,publicizing the recruitment information,expanding the recruitment channels,improving the evaluation methods and contents,perfecting the evaluation work in the later period of recruitment,promoting the professional skills of the recruiters,and strengthening the attraction of Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University to talents,so as to push forward the sound development of the talent recruitment in Inner Mongolia Radio&TV University.
