A new round of curriculum reform is in full swing.Core literacy,as the key word of curriculum reform,has become a research hotspot in the field of education.In 2014,Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education promulgated the Standard of Professional Skills for Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools of Jiangsu Province(Trial Implementation)as a basic guideline to guide the development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.In 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Standards for Physical Education and Health Courses in Senior High Schools(2017 Edition),which clearly divides the core quality of physical education into three dimensions:sports ability,healthy behavior and sports moral character,and defines each connotation.New requirements have been put forward for teachers'professional skills.As an important implementer of school physical education curriculum reform,physical education teachers should conform to the trend of the times and implement the cultivation of core discipline literacy into daily teaching.According to the research on how to carry out the teaching activities under the core literacy at home and abroad,it is found that the professional skills of P.E.teachers are the key to promote the effective landing of black belief literacy.Therefore,from the perspective of core literacy,this paper conducts an empirical study on the current situation of the development of Vocational skills of P.E.teachers in high schools.As an economically and educationally developed area,Suzhou actively implements the requirements of curriculum reform,which means higher requirements for teachers' professional skills.It also urges us to understand the current development of various dimensions of the professional skills of high school PE teachers in Suzhou and put forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement.By using the method of documentation and taking the "Standard of Professional Skills of Physical Education Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools of Jiangsu Province(Trial Implementation)as an important basis,this paper lists the indicators of vocational skills of physical education teachers in senior high schools and their subordinates,and then uses Delphi method to screen the rationality of the indicators and determine the final vocational skills of physical education teachers in senior high schools of Suzhou City.Ability indicators were used to compile questionnaires.By using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the questionnaire was distributed in six districts of Suzhou,and the results of the questionnaire were compared and analyzed,in order to understand the current situation of the development of vocational skills of high school PE teachers in Suzhou,and put forward relevant cultivation countermeasures.The main conclusions of the survey include:1.The overall development of physical education teaching skills of high school PE teachers in Suzhou is better,and some indicators are deficient.2.Physical education teachers in high schools in Suzhou have better organization of extracurricular exercises and lack of enthusiasm in physical health management.3.Sports skills of high school PE teachers in Suzhou deserve to be affirmed and developed comprehensively.4.The teaching and research skills of high school P.E.teachers in Suzhou are not paid enough attention,and their subjective initiative is weak.5.The integration of information technology skills and classroom teaching of high school PE teachers in Suzhou is relatively deficient and insufficient.Promotion countermeasures include:1.Improving the importance of physical education curriculum and strengthening the social attention of high school physical education teachers.2.Implement systematic training to promote the all-round development of vocational skills of high school physical education teachers.3.Perfect the award system and enhance the enthusiasm of high school PE teachers.4.Strengthen the teaching and research skills of high school P.E.teachers and enhance their teaching action.5.Realize the popularization of information technology application based on Internet platform.6.Improving the responsibility training of high school PE teachers and deepening their professional emotions.7.Promote teachers'self-development consciousness and realize teachers' initiative development and self-improvement.
