Middle school students are in a transitional period from adolescents to youth,with unformed psychology and personality,poor self control and weak sense of active physical exercise.In order to ensure the healthy and orderly life of the students in the rural boarding middle school,and to help the school give correct guidance to the students in physical exercise,the study was conducted in this paper.This paper tries to find out the deficiency of school sports environment and give some suggestions to improve it,so that students can attach more importance to sports through the improvement of sports environment,so that students can take the initiative to participate in sports and shape sound personality.This paper adopts the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and adopts the method of stratified random sampling to sample 455 students from 15 rural boarding Middle School in Loudi,to understand the basic situation of the physical environment(factors of hardware facilities,teachers,companions,family and society,school)and students' physical exercise behavior(physical exercise intensity,physical exercise time,physical exercise frequency)in the boarding middle school in the rural areas of Loudi,to study the influence of sports environment on students physical exercise behavior.The results show that:(1)the 15 rural boarding Middle School sports venues in Loudi are all made of soil or cinder,without grass or rubber,and each school has an average of 1.8 basketball courts,1football field and 5.4 table tennis tables,badminton Court 1,Apparatus Gymnastics and game area 0.8,Volleyball Court 1.In addition,there are only 63 pe teachers in 15 rural boarding schools,and 46% of them are part-time pe teachers without master degree or above,and there are only 63 pe teachers in 15 rural middle school(2)in terms of exercise intensity,19.78%,38.46% and 28.35% of the rural boarding middle school students in Loudi chose light exercise,light exercise and moderate exercise respectively.In terms of exercise time,the sum of "11-20 minutes" and "21-30minutes" reached 76.7%.In exercise frequency,37.14% chose "2-3 times a month" and 41.32% chose "1-2 times a week".(3)the factors of hardware facilities and teachers have significant positive influence on the physical exercise intensity of middle school students,while the peer factors have significant negative influence on the physical exercise intensity of middle school students,the factors of family and society,school have no significant influence on the intensity of physical exercise of middle school students,the factors of hardware facilities,teachers,family and society have significant positive influence on the time of physical exercise of middle school students,school factors have significant negative influence on the time of physical exercise for middle school students,while peer factors have no significant influenceon the time of physical exercise The factors of hardware facilities,teachers,family and society have significant positive influence on the frequency of physical exercise of middle school students.And school factors have a significant negative impact on the frequency of physical exercise of middle school students.In addition,there was no significant relationship between peer factors and exercise frequency.The results show that the sports environment of the boarding middle school in the rural areas of Loudi is not optimistic,the number of sports venues and sports equipment are not up to the national standard,the strength of sports teachers is deficient,and the students' sports behavior is poor Physical Environment in the hardware factors,teachers and students physical activity intensity,time and frequency have a significant impact,followed by family factors and school factors.
