In March 18,2019,at the forum of teachers of Ideological and political theory at school,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important thesis of insisting on the unity of explicit education and implicit education,emphasizing the need to enhance the attraction,persuasion and leadership of Ideological and political theory courses.This is not only an important method of Ideological and political theory course reform and innovation,but also an important principle of strengthening and improving ideological and political education in the new era.How to enhance the attractiveness,persuasion and appeal of Ideological and political theory course is a problem that teachers must solve.Giving full play to the unique educational function of the two different types of education in the ideological and political theory teaching is conducive to the innovation of the teaching form of Ideological and political course,enriching the educational content,continuously enhancing the teaching effect of the ideological and political theory course,and enhancing the attraction,persuasion and leading force of the ideological and political theory course.First of all,this paper expounds the connotation of explicit education and implicit education,analyzes the definition basis,characteristics and functions of explicit education and implicit education,and discusses the relationship between them from the identity,difference and unity of explicit education and implicit education.Secondly,the importance of the unity of explicit education and implicit education of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities is discussed,that is,to implement the new requirements of Ideological and political theory course in the new era;to effectively resolve the contradiction between explicit education and implicit education;to enhance the ideological and Political Theory course Ideological,theoretical,affinity and pertinence;to promote the reform and innovation of Ideological and political theory course and improve the quality of Ideological and political theory course Effectiveness.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the lack of unitybetween explicit education and implicit education in Ideological and political theory courses in Colleges and universities.For a long time,the ideological and political theory courses in Colleges and universities mainly focus on explicit education,while ignoring implicit education,resulting in the lack of unity,which is manifested in overemphasizing theoretical preaching in teaching methods and ignoring implicit education;educators neglect themselves in explicit education The hidden content of education;education managers and other disciplines educators ignore the hidden ideological and political education.At the same time,it explores the reasons for the lack of unity between explicit education and implicit education in Ideological and political theory courses in Colleges and universities.Finally,the paper puts forward that the unification principle of explicit education and implicit education of Ideological and political education theory courses in Colleges and universities is to adhere to the goal oriented,student-oriented,and implement the "eight unifications".Through the educators to establish the recessive education concept with subjective consciousness,we can infiltrate the explicit education;strengthen the autonomy of the education object,that is,the self-education function;establish a long-term mechanism of the system;establish a multi-dimensional joint system to form the joint force of Ideological and political education.In order to realize the unified path of explicit education and implicit education of Ideological and political education theory courses in Colleges and universities.
