The implementation of the new curriculum reform breaks the traditional teaching mode of "teachers are filled with teaching materials around the classroom" teaching method,and the tutorial program has been produced and developed in this context.It uses "paper copy" as the carrier,and the teacher acts as a guide for students to learn,and students are the masters of learning.Under this teaching mode,as the learning process progresses,students' abilities are also improved and cultivated in the invisible.Based on the emotions of students,it stimulates students' motivation and interest in learning from the deepest point,and changes the students' learning status from "I want to learn" to "I want to learn" in the traditional teaching mode.The teaching mode of "Guidance Study Case" is different from other teaching modes in that the study plan is closely combined with the student's guidance,and the study plan guides the students to learn,and the guidance is based on the study plan.The unilateral activities that traditional teachers tell students to listen to become the multilateral activities for teachers-students,students-students to communicate and learn from each other.The changes brought about by the tutorial model are gratifying.By studying the "Harmonious and Mutual Aid Classroom" teaching model of the 28 th Middle School in Jimo City,Shandong Province,the author's school localized the efficient classroom and proposed a "1354" efficient classroom model suitable for the school.After reading a lot of literature and materials,the author thinks that if the school's current "1354" high-efficiency classroom can be organically combined with the guide case that meets the actual teaching situation,then the teaching performance may be improved.In this process,the "Guidance Study Case" is used as a carrier to incorporate the characteristics of the "1354" efficient classroom.In this teaching mode,teacher guidance comments and student pre-study communication are combined;teacher inspection feedback and student error correction are improved Combination;the combination of teacher's emotional education and the formation of students' attitudes and values promotes students to be improved in all aspects,so that their comprehensive ability is further improved.During this research period,the author conducted a one-semester junior high school biology teaching experiment using the prepared tutorial program.The selected experimental objects are students in the first two grades of grades 1 to 4,and all four classes are ordinary classes in the second grade.There are 68 people in Class 1 and 2 and 67 people in Class 3 and 4.In the first and second grades,classes 1 and 2 use the previous teaching mode,and classes 3 and 4 use the tutorial model teaching mode.After the implementation of the "Guidance Case" teaching mode,the school teachers and students evaluated the teaching mode of the Guidance Case by organizing the listening and evaluation activities of teachers of the school's biology department,the questionnaire survey of students in the experimental class,and interviews with teachers and students.From the teacher level,the three biology teachers who participated in the listening and evaluation courses and interviews agreed that after using the tutorial program,the teacher's leading role and the student's subjectivity are fully reflected.The students are actively participating in group activities and independent learning and cooperation.Inquiry and other aspects have also made significant progress,to a certain extent,reflecting the role of the tutorial program in classroom teaching.From the perspective of students,most students have changed to varying degrees after using the tutorial to study.Some students feel that learning after using the tutorial is easier and can more accurately grasp the important knowledge points of the textbook Some students feel that biology learning has become more vivid and interesting,and some students have changed their learning attitudes,gradually daring to show themselves in the classroom.It can be seen that the tutoring case has indeed played a certain role in reducing students' learning burden,increasing students' interest in learning,and changing students' attitudes.By analyzing and comparing the biological examination scores,excellent rate and passing rate of the experimental class and the comparative class before and after the teaching experiment,it is concluded that the application of the tutorial model is conducive to improving students' academic performance.Finally,combined with the teacher-student interview suggestions and personal practical experience The problems and improvement methods in the preparation and use of the tutorial are hoped to provide reference for the majority of peers.
