Under the background of the new era,the CPC Central Committee convened a national education conference,at which General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that teachers are the foundation of teaching and the source of revitalizing teaching.In the Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),issued by the Ministry of Education,it is clearly pointed out that "taking students as the main body,teachers as the leading role,giving full play to students' initiative,and taking promoting students' growth and growth as the starting point and the foothold of all school work".The "self-learning classroom" is a new teaching mode,which emphasizes that students learn to learn independently,based on the mutual help of teachers and students,and taking self-learning and cooperative learning as the main methods and forms.This is quite different from the traditional teaching mode.This paper takes Fuqiang Town Central School as an example,proceeding from the practical problems encountered in my teaching,following the new curriculum standards of biology,and applying "self-learning and mutual-aid learning classroom" in biology classroom of Fuqiang Middle School for exploratory research.After reading a large number of documents and related documents,the research background and significance of this topic are briefly discussed,and the innovation of this topic lies in the city's attention and high practicability.Through the questionnaire survey of students and teachers,we can see that the change of teacher-student relationship is imperative.With the national emphasis on quality education and the requirement of balanced development,biology teaching in Fuqiang Middle School has been greatly improved in the laboratory,teachers and the degree of attention paid to biology.Through extensive reading and training,I summarize the teaching mode of "self-help learning classroom" into the following aspects: multi-dimensional consideration,setting goals;first learning,then teaching,teacher guidance;group collaboration,joint exploration;dialing,promotion,induction and summary;standard practice,to achieve high efficiency.This teaching mode of "learning first,teaching later,practicing later" fully mobilizes students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning.It not only cultivates students' interest in active learning,but alsocultivates students' ability of cooperation,summary and language expression.In the course of researching the subject,the author has been trying to bring the teaching mode of "self-help learning classroom" into the daily teaching.Through scientific and effective attempts and continuous in-depth research,the author gradually finds the teaching mode of "self-help learning classroom" suitable for the rich and powerful middle schools in practice.In this paper,I enumerate three teaching examples and their guiding plans,and summarize the research results based on the stage test results and classroom effects,and draw some conclusions.Although this topic is coming to an end,I will continue the research on "self-help learning classroom".
