In the context of information technology,globalization and knowledge economy,all countries in the world have realized that the most competitive modern society needs high-quality talents with the ability of scientific inquiry,innovation and cooperation.The competition among countries is the competition of knowledge,the competition of productivity and the competition of talents.The evaluation and cultivation of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" is very important,but most of the current research on "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" is still in the conceptual description stage,and there is a lack of empirical research on "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" and practical Suggestions on specific subject teaching.This study focuses on the investigation of the current situation of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness",the investigation of the current situation of experimental teaching and the specific countermeasures of cultivating students' "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" in the chemistry experiment teaching.On the basis of literature review and interpretation of the new edition of the curriculum standard,this study clearly defines the concepts of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness",and briefly introduces the relevant theories on the cultivation of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness".According to the new curriculum standard and related research,the measurement and evaluation criteria of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" are defined.By means of test investigation,questionnaire survey,scientific observation and interview,the development status of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" and the development status of chemistry experiment teaching were measured.After the investigation,it is concluded that the overall level of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" of senior high school students is general,the development status of "scientific inquiry" is different among different schools,and the level of "innovation consciousness" and "cooperation consciousness" is high.The development level of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" of students in key schools is better than that of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" of students in ordinaryschools.In the section of "scientific inquiry",the author makes a comparative study on the differences among different schools,different genders and students' achievements.Through the difference analysis,it is found that there is no significant difference in gender between students' development level of "scientific inquiry",there is an obvious difference between school types and development level of "scientific inquiry",and the development level of students in key schools is obviously better than that of students in ordinary schools.There are some problems in experimental teaching,such as too few exploratory experiments,lack of student experiments and lack of teaching evaluation.In view of the problems arising from the present situation investigation,put forward in the chemistry experiment teaching to cultivate students "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" of the specific countermeasures: should attach importance to knowledge and the guidance of teachers to develop the important function of this dimension literacy,to emphasis the quality of chemical experiment teaching,teachers should update education idea and grasp the development of students.
