Chemistry subject core literacy is a necessary scientific literacy for senior high school students,and conducting chemical experiments is a very effective teaching link to deepen the understanding of subject knowledge,enhance learning interest and develop the subject core literacy,especially in the cultivation of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" core literacy has unique advantages.The microscale chemical experiment has the advantages of low cost,convenient operation,safety and environmental protection,and is suitable for the application in middle school chemistry experiment teaching.This study aimed at both in Fuxin city,Liaoning province and Inner Mongolia Tongliao city 7 middle school teachers and students has carried on the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,found fewer lab resources insufficiency,the chemical experiment,experiment teaching methods and examination mode single,don’t know much about the teachers and students of microscale chemical experiment,the understanding of chemical subject core accomplishment is not enough in-depth,the cultivation of core literacy of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" has not been put into practice.On this basis,the experiments of the 2019 high school chemistry textbook are classified and summarized,and 7 of them are miniaturized and designed or improved to enhance the operability of the experiments and facilitate students to participate in the experiments.Select two microscale chemical experiment teaching design,by creating a real problem situation,organizes the student to carry out the experiment inquiry activity,teaching practice before and after the test results and the interview result shows that the experimental class teaching practice after the test result to be significantly higher than that in comparative classes,the microscale chemical experiment and experiment inquiry activity deepened students understanding of chemistry discipline knowledge,the students’ learning interest,scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness are obviously improved,which reflects the advantages of microscale chemical experiment and the value of experimental inquiry activities,and is conducive to cultivating the core quality of chemistry in senior high school students.
