In 2018,primary and secondary schools across the country began a new round of curriculum reform practice.To promote the development of students' core literacy is the ultimate goal of deep learning is an effective way to implement the new curriculum reform.But at present,students' deep learning is not optimistic.How to implement deep learning in teaching has become a widespread research topic.Based on the characteristics of biology,this paper aims to answer how to design teaching to effectively promote students' in-depth learning of biology.In order to answer the above questions,this paper uses the literature research method,investigation research method and practice research method to carry out the research.The specific process is as follows: using the literature research method to sort out the related literature of deep learning,pointing out the different concepts of deep learning in the field of Education,based on the analysis of the core content of different concepts,summarizing the characteristics of deep learning,and elaborating the concept of unit design The idea of unit design based on deep learning is pointed out.By using the method of investigation and research,this paper collected the students' in-depth learning in five dimensions of "attitude and motivation","criticism and query","construction and arrangement","reflection and revision","migration and application",pointed out the status quo of in-depth learning to be improved,and put forward teaching suggestions.Combined with the current situation of senior high school students' deep learning in biology,according to the design idea of senior high school biology unit based on deep learning,the specific path and method of unit learning theme,unit learning objectives,unit learning activities and sustainability evaluation are studied in depth,and the unit of cell material input and output is designed.Two classes with no significant difference in performance were selected as the experimental class and the control class by the method of practical research.After the practice,according to the stage test results of the two classes and the interviews with the students of the two classes,the change of students' deep learning was pointed out.The results show that: after the unit teaching practice,the situation driven inquiry learning and cooperative learning make students more emotional input into learning,improve students' attitude of deep learning,and enhance students' awareness of problems.The logical thinking ability of students has been effectively exercised,and the high-level thinking ability has been improved to a certain extent.Unit teaching based on deep learning can promote students' deep learning,and test the effectiveness of unit design guidance teaching practice of senior high school biology based on deep learning.
