Research On Social Work Intervention And Children's Community Integration

After China's reform and opening-up,the economy has achieved tremendous growth,and the gap between urban and rural areas has further widened.In order to have better living conditions and economic income,people have left their hometown to live in urban communities In order to let the children enjoy the high quality living conditions and educational resources in the city,the parents of the accompanying children were sent to live in the urban community where their parents worked.However,most of the accompanying children could not adapt to the new living environment smoothly Many problems and difficulties have arisen in the aspects of physiology,psychology,life and study in the community which can not be integrated into life in time.The research is carried out from a micro perspective,taking the Z community in Changsha as an example,and the Research on Social Work Practice is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,this paper mainly discusses the research background and significance,literature review,research thinking methods,theoretical basis and so on.Through the study and analysis of the literature at home and abroad,the research thinking methods are determined,with the guidance of the theories of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,social support theory,dominance perspective theory and empowerment theory,the theory is integrated to construct the theoretical support system of social work intervention in the community integration of children with migrant workers,the second part is about the current situation and problems of the children with migrant workers,mainly analyzing the basic characteristics of the children with migrant workers,the plight of community integration,and the necessity and feasibility of social workers' intervention,it mainly carries on the practice research to the group,the community,the case intervention,the author starts from the Individual,the family,thecommunity three stratification planes,uses the group work method,develops "I love my family" the child growth group activity,using community work methods to carry out "warm heart class" community education activities and "community small master,subway voluntary service" community voluntary service activities,the use of case work method for group activities and community activities in the community integration of the more prominent issues of the target service to provide individual services,case counseling,through the integrated use of the three working methods,to meet the needs of peer interaction,emotional support,learning counseling and community participation platform for the children in z community,so as to truly achieve community integration.The fourth part is the summary and the reflection,has carried on the summary to the service effect,has carried on the reflection to the experience and the insufficiency,finally the research indicated that the following child's community integration,on the one hand,it is necessary to adhere to the demand-oriented of the children on the move and pay attention to the involvement of the family system of the children on the move.On the other hand,it is necessary to improve the environment of the community of the children on the move and fully link up the resources of voluntary service,it is more necessary to strengthen the construction of social work professionals,the comprehensive use of social work three major professional methods.It provides some reference methods and ideas for social work intervention in the community integration of accompanying children in the future.
