Through in-depth analysis of the outline of "Healthy China 2030" plan,it is an extremely important research content to comprehensively understand the current requirements of physical education in primary schools.Based on this strategic background,how to actively train students to take the initiative to participate in physical exercise and thereby improve their physical quality is an extremely important research content at present.Based on physical exercise as the breakthrough point,this paper based on the perspective of time and space of 3 to grade 6pupils exercise through the research of the characteristics of space and time to 3 to grade 6 pupils exercise as the research object,using the method of literature review,questionnaire survey method,mathematical analysis,logic analysis for further study of the physical exercise of space and time characteristics and influencing factors,for the better after in changsha,and to promote the development of child and adolescent physical exercise provide practice guidance.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Characteristics of physical exercise time for primary school students in grades 3-6: Physical exercise is characterized by low frequency;Periods are concentrated and have regularity;The duration of physical exercise is insufficient and regular.(2)Spatial characteristics of physical exercise for primary school students in grades 3-6: The activity places are relatively concentrated,the weekdays are dominated by schools,and the weekends are dominated by residential communities and communities;Healthy commuting between home and school;Walking is the main way to travel;The physical exercise space is characterized by the structure of the circle.The weekdays are dominated by the school,and the weekends are centered on the family.(3)The main factors that influence the physical exercise of primary school students in grade 3-6 are students' personal attributes and family attributes.Among them,students' personal attributes include gender,motivation and emotional experience;Family attributes include parental support,parental involvement and companionship,and their physical activity habits.(4)Relevant Suggestions: Promote the growth and development of students and enhance the participation of girls in sports;Stimulate students' motivation to participate in physical exercise,promote the spatial and temporal diversification of physical exercise,and reduce students' academic pressure,extend the time of physical exercise;Improve family sports participation,expand the space for physical exercise;Strengthen the family sports support degree,provide the space-time guarantee of physical exercise;Increase the input of schoolsand society to meet the needs of physical exercise.
