Research purpose: The large-scale prevalence of myopia in adolescents and children has become a global public health problem.The 2018 Jiangsu Province Student Physical Health Report Blue Book shows that the myopia rate of primary school students in Jiangsu Province is 45.5%,that of junior high school students is 79.7%,and that of high school students is 88.7%.,Far higher than the national level,such a high myopia rate lays hidden dangers for the healthy growth of young people.Similar to the myopia problem,the problem of insufficient physical activity among young people is the problem.Studies have pointed out that inadequate physical activity among young people can increase the risk of chronic diseases in adulthood.However,whether physical activity affects young people's vision is still controversial.Research on the distribution characteristics of physical activity is still insufficient.Therefore,this study aims to understand the spatial distribution of physical activity and vision of junior high school students in Jiangsu Province,analyze the differences in physical activity levels of junior high school students with different vision levels,explore the relationship between physical activity and vision of junior high school students,and clarify the influencing factors of vision and physical activity.Further enrich the theory of physical health promotion of students,and provide decision-making support for the promotion of physical activity and the prevention and control of myopia for junior high school students in Jiangsu Province.Research objects and methods: This research adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and GIS processing method.Taking the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of physical activity and vision of junior high school students in Jiangsu Province as the research object,select the test of the physical health test of Jiangsu Province students in 2020 The junior high school students in the selected schools were the subjects of the survey,using the "Jiangsu Province Junior High School Students' Physical Activity and Eye Behavior Survey Questionnaire" as the survey tool,and the survey obtained 5404 valid samples.Using chi-square test,non-parametric independent sample test and other methods,compare and analyze the differences in visual acuity,physical activity,outdoor activities,static life and physical activity level of junior high school students with different levels of vision in different grades,genders,regions,urban and rural areas;Statistical analysis,comparative analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of physical activity and vision;using binary logistic regression to analyze the relationship between vision and physical activity,outdoor activities,and static life time;using confirmatory factor analysis to determine the influencing factors of physical activity and vision.Research result:(1)The average daily physical activity time of junior high school students in Jiangsu Province is more than 60 minutes,the physical activity time of upper grade students is lower than that of lower grade students(P<0.01),and the physical activity time of boys is longer than that of girls(P<0.05);The physical activity time of junior high school students in southern area is slightly longer than that of northern and central Jiangsu(P<0.05),the middle-intensity physical activity time of urban junior high school students is longer than that of rural junior high school students(P>0.05),and the high-intensity physical activity time of urban junior high school students is longer than that of rural junior high school students(P<0.01).(2)The average daily static life time of junior high school students in Jiangsu Province is about 9.5 hours,the static life time of senior middle school students is longer than that of lower grade students(P<0.01),and the static life time of junior high school students in southern and central Jiangsu is longer than that in northern Jiangsu(P<0.01),urban junior high school students live longer static lives than rural students(P<0.01);most junior high school students in Jiangsu Province spend 1-2 hours of outdoor activities a day,and junior high school students in southern Jiangsu spend less time in outdoor activities than those in Suzhong and Jiangsu provinces.In northern Jiangsu(P<0.01),rural junior high school students spend more time outdoors than urban junior high school students.(3)The overall poor vision rate of junior high school students in Jiangsu Province is80.4%.With the increase of grade,the rate of poor vision of junior high school students is on the rise(P<0.05),and the normal vision rate of boys is higher than that of girls(P<0.01).The normal visual acuity rate of junior high school students in southern Jiangsu was lower than that of Jiangsu Zhong and northern Jiangsu(P>0.05),and the normal visual acuity rate of urban junior high school students was lower than that of rural students(P>0.05).(4)There is a negative spatial correlation between the time of moderate-intensity physical activity and the rate of poor vision in junior high school students,and the time of moderate-intensity physical activity has a negative correlation with the rate of poor vision(P<0.05,OR=0.993,95%CI(0.986,0999)),there was no significant relationship between the time of high-intensity physical activity and the rate of poor vision(P>0.05),the time of outdoor activities was negatively related to the rate of poor vision of junior high school students,and the time of static life did not show a significant relationship with the rate of poor eyesight(P>0.05).(5)The influencing factors of physical activity and their respective contribution rates are individual cognition(18.234%),parental demonstration role(14.127%),physical education teachers(11.645%),school organization factors(10.641%),and venue equipment factors(7.350%),diet(5.654%),the cumulative contribution rate is 67.65%.The influencing factors of vision and their respective contribution rates are eye relaxation behavior(22.368%),reading and writing posture(13.016%),reading environment(12.276%),eye exercises(11.794%),and continuous homework time(8.962%),The cumulative contribution rate is 68.42%.Research conclusions:(1)The physical activity time of junior high school students in southern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu is slightly longer than that of northern Jiangsu,and the physical activity of urban junior high school students is slightly longer than that of rural junior high school students;the static life of junior high school students in southern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu is relatively longer than that of northern Jiangsu Long time,urban junior high school students live longer static lives than rural junior high school students.Northern Jiangsu and Central Jiangsu have longer daily outdoor activities than junior high school students in southern Jiangsu,and rural junior high school students spend longer daily outdoor activities than urban junior high school students.(2)The eyesight of junior high school students in central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu is better than that in southern Jiangsu,and rural junior high school students have better eyesight than urban junior high school students.(3)There is a negative spatial correlation between the time of moderate-intensity physical activity and the rate of poor vision.The time of moderate-intensity physical activity promotes vision.The time of high-intensity physical activity has no significant impact on vision,and the static life time has no significant impact on vision every day;Participating in outdoor activities for more than 2 hours can promote vision.(4)The influencing factors of physical activity include six factors: individual cognition,parental demonstration,physical education teacher,school organization,venue and equipment,and diet.(5)The influencing factors of vision include five factors including eye relaxation behavior,reading and writing posture,reading environment,eye exercises,and continuous homework time.
