A Study On The Thoughts Of Family Education In The "Farmer's Family Letter" And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Family is the first school in life.Family education plays a fundamental role in the growth and development of everyone.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to family,family education and family style,combined it with the rural revitalization,and emphasized that the realization of rural revitalization must promote the formation of a civilized country,a good family style,and a simple folk style,and bring about a new civilization.As a peasant who has lived in rural Guanzhong for generations,Hou Yonglu,the author of "Farmer's Family letter",has experienced a lot of twists and turns.He has gone through three major life stages: adolescents' difficult schooling,adult construction,and compulsory postal delivery for the elderly,and historical periods such as the New Democratic Revolution,Socialist Revolution and Construction,and Reform and Opening.Affected by the words and deeds of the ancestors,the excellent traditional culture of China,and the ideological remarks of the older generation of revolutionaries,Hou Yonglu was loyal to the party,loved the people,devoted himself to the cause of rural construction,and formed a relatively rich family education thought.His "Farmer's Family letter" is known as the "Farmer's Book of Fu Lei's Family".In this 50-year-old book,he incorporated the teachings of his children and grandchildren into an earthy letter,embodies the simple life creed and philosophy of farmers.The contents of "Farmer's Family letter" mainly include the self-knowledge of others,self-knowledge,the study of tirelessness,glory for the country,the work of being loyal to the party and the people,honest and fair,and the principles of diligence,harmony,and love for the elderly Housekeeping.After crawling through its content,it was found that compared with the famous books such as "The Book of Zeng Guofan","The Book of Liang Qichao" and "The Book of Fu Lei",although its tension is not comparable to them,its simplicity is not inferior to them.Although its level of art and science is slightly poor,it combines very well with the actual situation.It is taught by its author Hou Yonglu from the perspective of rural areas,farmers' perspectives,and agricultural tastes.The entire content not only exudes unique rural flavor,but also effectively discards traditional family education thoughts,and directly integrates the ideological content of the new period,which is of great progress and reference significance.Based on this,combined with the current requirements for the revitalization of rural areas in the new era and the cultivation of socialist core values,we can draw the following enlightenments: We must advocate "rejuvenating agriculture with science and technology,typical Leading" to help rural revitalization strategies;We must advocate "civilization,friendliness,democracy and harmony" and practice the core values;We must advocate " in the party for the party,honesty and self-discipline " and strengthen rural party building work.In short,I believe that through the use of methods such as literature research,content analysis,historical analysis,and individual interviews,in-depth study of the pedagogical thoughts of the "Farmer's Family letter" will be of great value and enlightenment to the construction of family,country,folk,and party style in the new era and new countryside,and to promote the strategy of revitalizing the countryside.
