In August 2016,competitive climbing was officially established as a competition at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics at the 129 th Olympic Committee Plenary Session.Against the backdrop of competitive rock climbing's entry into the Olympics,various provinces and cities have been preparing for the establishment of national training teams,and the China Mountaineering Association,in order to test the training performance of the teams and reserve reserve talents for the national rock climbing team,created the first Chinese rock climbing league in 2018.The 2019 Chinese climbing league finals were held in Changsha,Hunan,through the analysis of the Chinese climbing league Changsha station event found that the development of the Chinese climbing league is not yet mature,and many problems were found during the competition,these problems will hinder the further development of the Chinese climbing league.This article uses the Changsha Station of the China Rock Climbing League as the object of research and analysis,and uses questionnaire survey method,SWOT analysis and other methods to analyze the Changsha Station of the China Rock Climbing League from the aspects of league organization and management,tournament operation,tournament participation and tournament marketing,to find out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the Changsha Station,to determine the future development direction of the China Rock Climbing League by using the development strategy azimuth angle and development strategy strength,and to propose corresponding measures for the development of the Chinese Rock Climbing League.After the study,the following conclusions were reached:(1)The organization and management of the event at the primary stage of development of the Changsha Station of the China Rock Climbing League is led by the government,and the event organization isstable,but the organizational structure is too simple,and the management of the logistics department and volunteers is neglected.(2)In the operation of the tournament,the competition operation process is clear,but the tournament operation process lacks thematic activities,so that the core value of Changsha Station competition is not maximized,and the economic and cultural value of the competition is not sublimated.(3)The competitive level of the Chinese climbing league is gradually improving,and the referees and athletes of the Chinese climbing league are showing the trend of youthfulness,which lays a foundation for the future development of the Chinese climbing league.At the same time,the enthusiasm of the audience at Changsha Station was high,which encouraged the athletes on the field.(4)In the marketing and promotion of the tournament,the China Rock Climbing League is more vulnerable,the China Rock Climbing League's brand building is inadequate,and the image of the tournament has not achieved the most intuitive effect.The league is less marketable and the needs of the sponsors,the media and the relevant interests of the participants are not being met.The promotion of the tournament relies too much on external media publicity,and the China Mountaineering Association publishes less information about the tournament on its official website and official microblog.(5)Through the SWOT analysis of the Changsha Station of the China Rock Climbing League,the azimuth angle of the China Rock Climbing League is 130° ? [?/2,3?/4],which is located in the second quadrant,and the strategic strength p>0.5,therefore,the development direction of the China Rock Climbing League is mainly to strive for the aggressive type,and in the future development should "play the advantages,avoid the disadvantages,seize the opportunities and be aggressive".
