Unbalanced control of personal input between family and work can easily lead to role conflicts.After the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,the number and size of enterprises has increased dramatically,social competition has intensified,and the tide of transformation has surging.As a result,more and more employees enter the enterprise,and most people will face a practical problem.The balance between family and work is difficult to achieve,which will lead to conflicts between working and family.In 2016,Li Yuzhuo,the former vice president of Huawei,submitted his resignation to Ren Zhengfei,chairman of Huawei,because he was separated from his family for a long time and could not take care of his career and family.However,Ren Zhengfei laughed after knowing the reason,without thinking: "Why do you want to divorce,you can divorce!" This incident vividly reveals the current situation faced by employees in China's enterprises,and has become a social problem-how to solve it.Conflicts between work and family.In view of this,this paper uses work-family conflict as the dependent variable,job alienation as the mediating variable,ruminant thinking as the moderating variable,and turnover intention as the outcome variable to build a research model,puts forward research hypotheses,and uses literature methods,survey methods,and multivariate linearity.The methods of regression and other methods were explored,and the results showed that: in work-family conflicts,time conflicts,pressure conflicts,behavior conflicts,and work alienation all promote the appearance of turnover intentions,leading to the occurrence of resignation;ruminant thinking is about time conflicts,pressure conflicts,behaviors A kind of thinking and trade-off of conflicts has a clear regulating effect on turnover intentions.Finally,from the above conclusions,this article proposes that reducing work alienation,reducing work-family conflict,and appropriately raising ruminant thinking can reduce the occurrence and occurrence of turnover intentions,with a view to providing a reference for China's business management,reducing human resources costs,and improving enterprises.efficacy.
