1950s,the new feminist movement began to rise,and the idea of equality between men and women has promoted women to go to work.Especially in recent years,with the improvement of China's level of education,more and more women begin to work.successful women,such as Yang Lan,Zhang Xin,Sheryl·Sandberg inspired a growing number of professional women to start their own career.The knowledge-based professional women are mostly highly educated,with a strong learning and innovation.They have high hopes of personal fulfillment on the career.But in the influence of traditional values,They must play two roles of family and work,to be good employees,partner,and mother's;at the same time the fierce competition makes them bear more work-family conflict,such as poor health,low spirits,and lead to reduced quality of life.To the organization,the work-family conflict will affect its stability and loyalty.So the study of the work and family conflict and the turnover intention during the knowledge-based professional women are critical.By the work-family conflict and the quality of life theory,and former researches on employee turnover intention,the framework of the work-family conflict,the quality of work-life and the turnover intention is built in this paper.Analyze the collected data from the knowledge-based professional women by the Spss22.0.Show the feasible proposals for reducing work-family conflict,improving their quality of work-life according to the results analysis.And then reduce the turnover intention and turnover behaviors.The conclusions drawn by this study were as follows,First,the degree of work-family conflict about knowledge-based professional women are serious,the quality of work life is lower.And the turnover intention is not very prominent;Second,the work-family conflict has positive influence on the turnover intention,and the quality of work life has negative influence on the turnover intention about knowledge-based professional women;Third,the quality of work life plays an intermediary in the work family conflict and turnover intention of the knowledge-based professional women.The innovations of this paper as follows,First,past resesrch mainly focused on sales staff or common female workers,but not involving in educated knowledge-based professional women,and the study broadens the scope of the research object;Second,constructed the model of work-family conflict and the turnover intention about the knowledge-based professional women,enriching their research results to a certain extent;Third,this paper take the “conflict each other” into consideration,analyze the relationship of the quality of work life and turnover intention of each factor,and this is an exploration.
