Study On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers' Entrepreneurship In Lingyuan City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly proposed the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the establishment of a two-way flow mechanism between urban and rural areas.The main body of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is returning migrant workers,and the focus of the state and society at present is the return of migrant workers to start their own businesses.Compared with the older generation of migrant workers,the new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of the current migrant workers,and the new generation of migrant workers have a higher level of quality,more flexible minds,younger,and more likely to return home to start a business.The new generation of migrant workers returning home to set up their own businesses is conducive to promote the development of rural economy and promote the employment of the local rural labor force,which has played a great role in promoting the rural economy.Taking the new generation of migrant workers as the starting point and Lingyuan as the research object,this paper analyzes the present situation and the entrepreneurial behavior of the new generation of migrant workers in Lingyuan.In the concrete research content,first of all,according to the existing theoretical basis,design questionnaire,through the field investigation,get the first-hand real and effective data,describe the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers' return to their home and start up their own businesses in Lingyuan City.Secondly,choose the research method,mainly adopt cross-analysis and mlogit model to analyze the influence factors of the new generation migrant workers' return-to-home entrepreneurial behavior to the peasant workers' home-to-home entrepreneurship industry and the type of return-to-home entrepreneurship respectively.Prime analysis.The results show that the individual characteristics,family characteristics,social network characteristics and entrepreneurial environment of the new generation of migrant workers have a certain impact on the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers to return to their homes and start their own businesses.The younger,unmarried new generation of farmers' unions choose the riskier emerging industrial electronics industry,and most married migrant workers with children start their own businesses in order for families to choose less risky and more risk-dispersed farming.Residents in the service industry to start a business.The new generation of farmers' unions with a slightly higher level of education choose from education,teaching and electronic logistics,which require industries that are not highly educated and have low levels of education.Migrant workers will choose the lower entry requirements of farming,retail wholesale,residential services.The characteristics of social network have a more profound impact on the new generation of migrant workers to return home and start their own businesses.Among them,the influence of family and friends as civil servants or village cadres had no significant effect on the capital sources and entrepreneurial types of migrant workers,but the success of family and friends' entrepreneurship had a significant impact.Perhaps because friends and relatives start a successful business will make the wait-and-see start-up migrant workers follow the crowd,and then try to start a business.However,due to the limitations of the new generation of migrant workers themselves,the relevant infrastructure of the government is not comprehensive,and there are some problems in the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the new generation of migrant workers to return to their homes and start their own businesses in Lingyuan.
