With the acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading in China, the trend of migrant workers returned to the Midwest is highlighted. At present, actively guiding and promoting the stable employment of returned migrant workers plays a positive role in promoting local economic development and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas. From the perspective of family endowment and bounded rationality, based on the survey data from six provinces in the central-western of China, such as Guizhou,Sichuan and Henan etc, this paper comes to the conclusions. The family endowment level of returned migrant workers from six provinces in the central-western of China is low,and the employment stability of returned migrant workers is poor. The level of human capital, social capital and economic capital endowment for the stable employment of returned migrant workers is higher than that for the unstable employment of returned migrant workers, and the level of family location resources is lower than that for the unstable employment of returned migrant workers. The bounded rationality of returned migrant workers' employment behavior is relatively low, especially in mental cost and environmental information.Through binary logistic regression, this paper empirically analyzed the influence of family endowment on the employment stability of returned migrant workers: the gender factor in personal characteristics is an important factor affecting the employment stability of returned migrant workers, and the stability offemale employment is higher than that of male.Employment stability of returned migrant workers is significantly affected by family endowment. The three indicators of labor force number, education level and average age of labor force in the family human capital for returned migrant workers have a significant impact on employment stability. The four indicators of family social capital for returned migrant workers are all stable and significant.Family social capital is an important factor affecting the employment stability of returned migrant workers.Family housing status, family housing market valuation and family economic status have a significant positive impact on the employment stability of returned migrant workers.Family economic capital is also an important factor affecting the stable employment of returned migrant workers.Family location resources have a weak impact on the employment stability of returning migrant workers. The impact of natural resources(land)on the the stable employment of returned migrant workers is not significant. The distance between family address and township, and from the nearest county have a significant negative impact on the employment stability of returned migrant workers.Ordered logistic regression is used to verify that cognitive difference, risk preference, mental and information cost are all positively correlated with the deviation degree of stable employment behavior of returned migrant workers. The higher the cognitive ability and risk preference of returned migrant workers, the higher the mental cost and employment information expenditure, the higher degree of realization of bounded rationality for returned migrant workers, and the smaller deviation of their stable employment behavior.Based on this, the article puts forward policy recommendations to promote the stable employment of returned migrant workers from perspectives of endowment optimization and bounded rationality.
