With the transformation of education mode in senior high school,the reform clearly requires that Lideshuren be the fundamental task of education,Quality education should be carried out in an all-round and in-depth way and train students to develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and laboriously.In order to adapt to the change of education mode,the college entrance examination evaluation system was introduced in time.The college entrance examination evaluation system always adheres to the guidance of value.It made clear that the recruitment and examination work should take the social demand for talents as the fundamental starting point,and "disciplinary core literacy" as the guiding ideology of the college entrance examination questions to ensure the implementation of Lideshuren and the correct direction of college entrance examination evaluation.However,the current research area of the biological examination questions for the college entrance examination lacks an analysis of the content,ability requirements and core literacy of the examination biology subject,and is short of analysis of the biological examination questions for the college entrance examination in the western provinces since the use of the new curriculum standard.It lacks a comprehensive and indepth systematic research on the biological test questions of the college entrance examination by combining the knowledge carrier,ability idea and literacy orientation.Since the fall semester of 2010,Guizhou Province has started a curriculum reform experiment in the first year of senior high school in the province.In 2013,the college entrance examination began to use the new curriculum standard science comprehensive test paper,which has continued to today.In the present study,we creatively combined knowledge carrier,ability idea and literacy orientation to systematically researched on the seven sets of biological test questions used in the college entrance examinations in Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2019.This study can provide a reference for how to formulate the biological examination papers for the college entrance examination in a more scientific and rational way around the "College Entrance Examination Evaluation System" and "Biology Core Literacy".In order to adapt to the change of education mode,implement the core literacy of biology disciplines,and promote the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,and physical education,some suggestions and thoughts were put forward.In this paper,content analysis,statistical analysis,comparative analysis and literature analysis were used to analyze and study the seven sets of biological test questions used in the 2013-2019 college entrance examination in Guizhou Province from two aspects: the test content and ability,and the core literacy of biology.As for test content and ability analysis,it was carried out from three perspectives: test paper structure,test content,and test ability.It statistically analyzed data such as the key point of content in the test question,the content requirements,the degree of mastery of content requirements,the test ability,and the test form,and summarized the characteristics and laws of test question formulation system.In terms of the analysis of the core literacy of biology,this paper makes a preliminary analysis from three aspects: the literacy classification standard,the proportion of four types of core literacy and the level of literacy.From the results of the test analysis and the core literacy analysis of biology,the paper objectively evaluated and analyzed the consistency and scientificity of the test in implementing the requirements of biology curriculum standards.The main findings are as follows:1.The test questions highlighted the examination of the molecule and cell module,genetics and evolution module,homeostasis and regulation module,but the coverage of the examination content was not comprehensive.Examination forms were diversified.Except for the biotechnology and engineering modules,which were only examined in the form of non-choice questions,the other four modules were available in multiple choice and non-choice questions.The depth of the knowledge content of the test questions are reasonable.The mastery levels ? and ? of the seven sets of test questions were almost half of each.Except for the biotechnology and engineering module requirements,which are all ?,the knowledge content requirements of other module tests include ? and ?2.The ability of examination was diversified and the ability of understanding was emphasized.In terms of year,the examination questions have strengthened the examination of the ability of experiment and inquiry and the ability of obtaining information.In recent three years,the proportion of this kind of questions is increasing.3.The examination of the test questions reflects the requirements of the core literacy of the biology discipline,and the proportion of the four types of core literacy is stable and changing.The proportion of the concept of life of five sets of questions was higher than scientific thinking,and the proportion of scientific thinking of other two sets of questions was slightly higher than the concept of life,followed by scientific inquiry and less social responsibility.From the perspective of year,the proportion of examining the concept of life declined,but gradually tended to be stable,and the proportion of examining scientific thinking and scientific inquiry is increasing as a whole.There were both multiple choice questions and non-multiple choice questions in the form of examination core literacy.The core literacy level of biology subject of examination questions tended to be diversified and the collocation tended to be rationalized.The examination of seven sets of questions focused on the level 1 and 2 of life concept,the level 3 of scientific thinking,the level 2 of scientific inquiry,the level 3 of social responsibility,and none of them involved the level 4.In summary,the knowledge content of the biological test questions for the new curriculum standard used in the college entrance examination for Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2019 was consistent with the provisions of the "Biology Curriculum Standards",and the topic setting was scientific and reasonable.The ability to examine the test questions had steadily increased,and gradually increased the examination of multiple abilities.The test questions reflected the examination of the core literacy of the biology disciplines.The proportion of the four core literacy examinations had steadily changed,and the examination of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry had gradually increased.The levels of examination literacy had gradually diversified,and the proportion had also tended to rationalization.Finally,based on the above research results,the knowledge content examined in combination with the test questions in some years was not comprehensive,the proportion of knowledge content examined in each module was not reasonable,the proportion of examination ability types fluctuated greatly in individual years,and the examination ability requirements of the selected examination contents were inconsistent.And the test questions in social responsibility were too few.Here are some suggestions about the test questions in the college entrance examination as follows.The knowledge content of the test questions should be focused,and the coverage of the content of the test questions should be taken into consideration;the type of the test questions referring to students' ability should be scientifically and reasonably matched,which requires both change and stability;grasp the scale of the test questions in the selected test content.;the proportion of the four types of core literacy in the test questions should be more reasonable.As for the subject teaching,thoroughly study the textbooks and improve the business level,study the "Biology Curriculum Standards" to clarify the direction of teaching,pay close attention to the basic knowledge to improve the ability;attach importance to the formation of core academic literacy,and implement the basic tasks of Lideshuren.About the review preparation before the college entrance examination knowledge content should be comprehensive,and the key points should be paid more attention grasp the foundation in the depth of knowledge,focus on the difficult points.In the ability improvement we should strengthen the understanding ability,highlight the experimental and inquiry ability and the ability to obtain information;internalization of core literacy should be established The concept of life,highlighting the qualities of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry,and taking into account the responsibility of social responsibility.
