The new round of geography curriculum reform and the newly issued geography curriculum standards attach great importance to cultivating students' core qualities,which include comprehensive thinking,human-land coordination,regional cognition and geographical practice.Among them,regional cognition refers to the quality of thinking that takes a certain region as the background,views the world from a regional perspective,applies appropriate methods,proposes reasonable development strategies for regional sustainable development,and solves regional problems.The cultivation of regional cognitive literacy is the requirement of students' comprehensive development,the requirement of geography subject characteristics and the requirement of geography curriculum reform,which is conducive to improving regional geography teaching and guiding students' production and life practice in senior high school.On the basis of reading literature,this paper analyzes the research background and status quo of regional cognitive literacy,and proposes the research direction of this paper.A questionnaire survey was conducted among geography teachers in senior high schools and students in six senior high schools in ganzhou city to find out the problems in the process of regional cognitive literacy cultivation.This paper is divided into seven parts:Part ?: introduction.This paper introduces the research background,research status,research significance and research methods.Part two: related concepts and theoretical basis of regional cognitive literacy.This paper defines the concept of regional cognitive literacy,and discusses the theoretical basis of regional cognitive literacy cultivation,namely cognitive learning theory,constructivism learning theory,geography teaching theory and new curriculum concept.The third part: the investigation on the cultivation of regional cognitive literacy of high school students in ganzhou city.In this part,a questionnaire survey was conducted among six high school students at three levels in ganzhou city.Low understanding of regional cognitive literacy;Lack of methods to improve regional cognitive literacy.The fourth part: the investigation of regional cognitive literacy of teachers in ganzhou city.This part in ganzhou city high school geography teachers to carry out the questionnaire,from the results of the survey found the practice of teaching is not enough attention to the cultivation of regional cognitive quality,lack of cultivating regional method of cognitive literacy,cognitive accomplishment evaluation system is not perfect and the influence factors of cognitive literacy training for regional cognition is one-sided four aspects of the problem.Part five: the cultivation strategy of cognitive literacy in high school geography area.According to the survey found that problem,put forward the cognitive literacy cultivation area should follow students,map the forerunner,and the subject and the integrity of the four principles,on this basis,this paper discusses the cognitive literacy cultivation area of the big four strategies: strengthening regional map of cognitive penetration,improve the students' literacy theory accomplishment,improve high school geography teaching methods,perfecting regional cognitive accomplishment evaluation system.Part six: a practical example based on the cultivation of regional cognitive literacy.In this part,two teaching cases of qinghai-tibet region and southeast Asia are designed and practiced by using the cultivation strategies proposed in the previous chapter to explore their influence on the cultivation of regional cognitive literacy.Part seven: conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,analyzes the shortcomings in the research,and prospects.
