Future time perspective is a personality trait of an individual's cognition,experience,and action(or tendency)towards future time.Achievement goal orientation refers to the individual's perception of the goal or reason of the achievement goal to be achieved and the individual's evaluation of the achievement goal.Mobile phone addiction refers to a series of harmful addictive behaviors to the individual's study and life caused by uncontrolled overuse of mobile phones.Excessive addiction to mobile phones will harm the physical and mental health of junior high school students,and will have a bad impact on the individual's present and future.Some studies have shown that future time perspective and achievement goal orientation are conducive to the growth of junior high school students and reduce their dependence on mobile phones.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship among the future time perspective,achievement goal orientation,and mobile phone addiction,and to conduct intervention research on this basis.Research 1 is by using the questionnaire survey.In the first study,520 students in grade one,grade two and grade three of a public junior high school in Luoyang City were investigated by using the adolescent's future time perspective scale,the mobile phone addiction index scale(MPAI)and student achievement goal orientation scale-four subscales to collect data.The purpose is to understand the current situation of junior high school students' future time perspective,achievement goal orientation,mobile phone addiction and the relationship between them and the intermediary effect of achievement goal orientation.Research II is to carry out group counseling on the theme of achievement goal orientation on the basis of Research 1.The effect of achievement goal orientation on mobile phone addiction is discussed through group counseling intervention.The results are as follows:(1)In different dimensions,the future time perspective of junior high school students has the differences in demographic variables,the ninth grade has the highest future-confusion,which is followed by the eighth grade,and then the seventh grade.(2)The degree of mobile phone addiction of junior high school students is at a medium level,and meanwhile,that of those who have their own mobile phones is relatively higher.(3)In different dimensions,the achievement goal orientation of junior high school students also has difference in demographic variables.It shows specifically that girls are more inclined to master evasion goals than boys.In the terms of mastering the approach goals,the seventh grade is higher than the eighth grade,and finally the ninth grade.(4)There is a correlation between junior high school students' future time perspective,achievement goal orientation and mobile phone addiction.(5)The performance-approach goal has a full intermediary effect between futurepositive,future-perspicuity,and mobile phone addiction.The performance-avoid goal has a partial intermediary effect between future-negative and mobile phone addiction.Master-avoid goal has a partial intermediary effect between future-negative,futureperseverant and mobile phone addiction.(6)Group psychological counseling with the theme of achievement goal orientation has some positive effect on improving the achievement goal orientation of junior high school students,and can effectively reduce the propensity to mobile phone addiction of junior high school students.
