With the advancement of education and teaching reform,various types of teaching and research organizations at various levels throughout the country have been established.Under the background of the creative era,professionalization of teaching and research personnel,diversification of teaching and research models,and focus of teaching and research topics have become increasingly clear needs for teaching and research work.In order to meet the urgent needs of preschool education majors and clarify the division of responsibilities in education,teaching and research and business training,Area A established a preschool teaching and research center in May 2018,and established an alliance-level teaching and research federation based on the original alliance park,and urged all public parks to be established.The teaching and research group(teaching and research workshop)establishes a three-level teaching and research network to carry out daily teaching and research activities.During the operation of the three-level teaching and research network,most of the kindergarten principals and teachers stated that their teaching and research activities were more standardized and achieved good results than before.However,there were also unclear responsibilities for teaching and research,insufficient support for teaching and research,and teaching and research.Workload and pressure.In order to fully understand the operating mechanism and implementation status of the three-level teaching and research network in area A,and to investigate the professional demands and development status of different groups in the environment of teaching and research,the author based on three previous surveys,using literature reviews,questionnaire surveys and fieldwork.Conduct comprehensive surveys through interviews and other methods.This research is centered on "What is a three-level teaching and research network","Why a three-level teaching and research network","Effects of a three-level teaching and research network","Problems arising from a three-level teaching and research network",and "Solutions".Based on surveys of teachers and interviews with teaching and research staff and principals,we can find the following characteristics of the third-level teaching and research in Area A: 1.There are more preschool education teachers and younger teachers;2.Different teaching and research groups have three levels of teaching and research.There is a big difference in the effectiveness and cognition of leadership;3.The effectiveness of teaching and research content is strong and the goals of teaching and research are relatively clear;4.The enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research is relatively high;5.The landing effect of teaching and research results is better;6.There is a tracking mechanism for third-level teaching and research;7.Most kindergartens focus on characteristic development.At the same time,in the actual operation process,the three-level teaching and research network also has the following difficulties: 1.The workload of teaching and research is relatively large,and the pressure of teachers on teaching and research is relatively prominent;2.The lack of experienced professional researchers to lead;3.The teaching and research activities and business learning The division of labor is not clear,and there are shoving phenomena and negative emotions in local areas;4.The characteristic development of kindergartens lacks diversity and innovation;5.The topics of teaching and research are scattered,and the content of teaching and research lacks stability.By analyzing the reasons for the problems in the current three-level teaching and research network,the author combined the open questionnaire survey of teachers and the interviews of the teaching and researching staff and the principal,and can take the following measures to adjust and hope to promote the third-level teaching and research direction in area A.Development in a benign direction: 1.Increase support for teaching and research and increase the attention of park leaders;2 Strengthen teacher training and innovate training forms.3.Enhance the effectiveness of the guidance for entering the park;4.Clarify the content of labor division and simplify work items;5.Dig the depth of teaching and research and increase the intensity of communication;6.Form a reasonable teaching and research system and long-term mechanism 7.Promote the theme,goals and objectives of teaching and research Clarity of content;8.Ensure teaching and research time,standardize teaching and research behavior;9.Refine teaching and research results,and implement the benefits of teaching and research.
