As the beginning of children’s education,pre-school education is vital to the cultivation of a person’s character and even the growth of a lifetime.At present,my country’s preschool education is developing rapidly,but with the liberalization of the “comprehensive two-child” policy and the people’s increasing demand for a better life,the contradiction between the supply and demand of kindergartens has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of “difficulty in entering kindergartens” continues to exist.Facing the complex situation of prominent contradiction between supply and demand in preschool education,how to make up for shortcomings,prescribe the right medicine to solve the troubles of more children’s families,is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the extensive reading of domestic and foreign preschool education“difficulty in entering kindergartens” related documents,this article takes Chengdu,Sichuan Province as an example,to study the development of preschool education.Combining the analysis of preschool education policies and government statistics issued by Chengdu,as well as questionnaire surveys and interviews with different groups,it is refined that under the background of the implementation of the“comprehensive two-child” policy and a series of new talent policies,the problem of “difficulty in entering kindergartens” in preschool education in Chengdu is prominently expressed as “difficulty in entering a public garden”,“difficulty in entering a kindergarten nearby”,and “difficulty in entering a high-quality kindergarten”.At the same time,using the theory of public products,the theory of new public management,and the theory of educational resource allocation,the specific causes of the “difficulty in entering kindergartens” of preschool education in terms of legal system construction,funding investment,and management systems are thoroughly and in-depth explored,and corresponding countermeasures.For example,establish and improve the legal protection of preschool education,strengthen the legislative construction of preschool education,and gradually incorporate preschool education into compulsory education,formulate scientific and reasonable preschool education planning and distribution policies;increase funding for preschool education,increase government financial expenditures,and encourage social capital participates in the construction of kindergartens,expand the coverage of inclusive private kindergartens;improve the construction of preschool education management system,strengthen the standardized training of preschool teachers,guarantee the status and treatment of teachers,and conduct education quality supervision and assessment.It is hoped that through the above-mentioned efforts,the problem of “difficulty in entering kindergartens” in preschool education in Chengdu will be effectively solved,and the real concerns of the masses will be responded to.
