In January 2018,the "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard"(2017)formally promulgated,in order to implement the new requirements of new ideological and political teaching in China to discipline core accomplishment transformation in the new era,puts forward the emphasis on "about school",lets the student independently identify true and false,in the real situation in the exploration of knowledge to get(obtain)knowledge and ability,so as to promote students deep learning,enhance their internal teaching issues of identity.Furthermore,the outbreak of "COVID 19" in January 2020 forced a change in the teaching methods of high school ideological and political classes.When students are faced with problems in real situations,how they should choose and practice becomes the focus and core of ideological and political teaching in high school in the future.In addition,the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China pointed out that "if the younger generation has ideals,skills and responsibilities,the country will have a future and the nation will have hope." The high school period is the initial stage of youth,which is the key period for the formation and establishment of students' personality,independent development,value orientation and political orientation.Therefore,it has become an important topic for high school ideological and political teachers and researchers to explore how to make students internalize,absorb knowledge,and turn it into practical actions or abilities,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of subject core accomplishment.This method has caused extensive concern of academic and first-line teachers and research,but most studies have focused on the issues of setting,teachingcase analysis,etc,and concentrated in the essay,and in view of the practical problems,targeted,a comprehensive explore issues to be implemented in the high school thought political lesson teaching of the literature is relatively small.Therefore,this study will fully explore the advantages of topic teaching and apply it to senior high school ideological and political classes,enrich and improve the ways and methods of senior high school ideological and political teaching,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in the class,improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching,cultivate the core quality of the discipline,and achieve moral cultivation.This paper follow the status of "what is it and why-how-how to improve the research idea,that is,from the meaning of teaching explore issues of system in this paper,the topic type teaching in senior high school ideological and political teaching significance,and in interviews and deep analysis in the high school thought political lesson teaching implementation issues facing the reality of the problem,finally aimed at the existing problems,from the macroscopic teaching process and teaching conditions guarantee implementation issues,such as Angle of system analysis in the high school thought political lesson teaching use issues of strategy,the department is divided into the focus of this article and difficult.Following this research idea,this paper mainly consists of three parts:The first part: theoretical overview of the topic-based teaching of senior high school ideological and political courses.This paper analyzes the connotation of "topic" comprehensively and systematically from etymology,multi-subject field,and so on,and summarizes the meaning of "topic" teaching in combination with the characteristics of ideological and political teaching and the research on topic teaching by various scholars.From the perspectives of subject teaching four elements of "issue,the diffusion of knowledge","deepening knowledge of depending on the situation","carrying,activation of knowledge","task output,feather knowledge" and "accomplishment,knowledge of sublimation" etc,attractive class and in the subject core literacy,and students to explore the thinking of the significance of high school thought political lesson teaching issues for analysis.The second part: the analysis of the existing problems and causes of high schoolideological and political teaching.Through the research method of interview,this paper investigates the reality of the implementation of topic teaching by political teachers in key middle schools in area C and B(which just started to implement topic teaching)and in school N(which has in-depth research on topic teaching).According to the survey found that in setting the effectiveness of the issue,the authenticity of the teaching situation,issues sexual activities targeted,subject task hierarchy and the type are certain problems in the teaching evaluation,and in view of the problem analysis in the high school thought political lesson teaching implementation issues influencing factors,mainly from the topic type teaching ability,students' thinking ability and education environment three aspects to discuss.The third part: the optimization strategy of topic teaching in senior high school ideological and political class.On high school thought political lesson teaching problems and cause analysis,this chapter mainly from the perspective of macro teaching,and combined with the characteristics of the micro issue type teaching,adhere to the new curriculum standard as the guidance,the topic type teaching into practice,discipline core quality as the goal,from the teaching goal,teaching content,teaching design,teaching evaluation,and the conditions of the security issue type teaching of the high school thought political lesson discussed in such aspects as comprehensive implementation issues in the process of teaching and method,to effectively improve the subject teaching in the high school thought political lesson teaching method used to provide guidance.
