Urban-rural teachers' linkage teaching and research is the main form of strengthening rural-urban teacher exchanges and promoting rural teachers' ability and quality improvement.Teachers participate in the interactive teaching and research activities to meaningfully interact with other teachers to solve problems in teaching practice,obtain the growth of teaching theory and practical knowledge,and ultimately achieve the professional development of teachers.Reviewing the practice history of urban and rural teachers 'linkage teaching and research,analyzing the role and value of teacher interaction on urban and rural teachers' linkage teaching and research,and summarizing the experiences of teachers in multiple regions in promoting urban and rural linkage teaching and research,have far-reaching significance for the effective promotion of urban and rural linkage's teaching and research,effectively carrying out teacher-linked teaching and research activities between schools has reference value.From the perspective of social interaction,this article attempts to discuss the urban-rural linkage teaching and research from two levels: at the theoretical level,does the urban-rural linkage teaching and research have a solid theoretical foundation? What is the nature of the interaction between teaching and research based on activities? On a practical level,how do urban and rural teachers interact with teaching and research,and how to promote the interaction between urban and rural teachers?By combing the existing literature,I tried to clarify the logical relationship between "urban-rural teachers' linkage teaching and research" and "urban-rural education integration","school-based teaching and research",and clarify the theory and practice of teaching-research interaction to promote teacher professional development.Field trips were conducted in Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province,Suining City of Sichuan Province,and Bishan District of Chongqing City.Interviews and observation methods were mainly used,supplemented by questionnaires to study the interaction between teachers and research in urban-rural linkage teaching and research.The study found that urban-rural linkage teaching and research has become one of the main means to promote the common development of urban and rural teachers in many regions.Urban and rural teachers,especially rural teachers,have broadened the path of professional development by participating in urban-rural linkage teaching and research activities.Teachers' abilities and qualities have obtained varying degrees of improve.However,affected by many factors,the interaction of teachers' teaching and research conflicts restricts the effective development of linkage teaching and research.The development orientation of "urbanization" of rural education has caused the urban-rural linkage of teaching and research to be more urbanized.Teaching and research are separated from the reality of rural teaching,making rural teachers unable to participate well in teaching and research interactions.The level of teachers' teaching and research is low and the funding for school teaching and research is low.It is difficult to keep up with the practical needs of the teaching and research departments,such as the difficulty of keeping up with the development needs of the joint teaching and research,and the lack of teacher interaction leads to the poor effect of teachers participating in the linkage teaching and research to obtain professional promotion.This research believes that improving the teaching and research effect by improving the teaching and research activities alone has little effect,and strengthening the construction of teaching and research from the inside to the outside can completely solve the practical problems facing the teaching and research.At the institutional level,establish and improve a management system and incentive guarantee mechanism that are compatible with the development of urban-rural linkage teaching and research to provide a strong guarantee for the development of linkage teaching and research activities.At the cultural level,strengthen the integration of urban-rural schools' teaching-research culture and eliminate the local cultural advantages Separation,providing prerequisites for good teacher-research interaction.At the interactive level,strengthen the normative consciousness of participation of multiple subjects in linked teaching and research,and promote the normalization of linked teaching and research in a variety of teaching and research forms.In teaching and research evaluation,enrich the content of teacher evaluations and activity evaluations,and strengthen the participants of linked teaching and research activities Status,promote the improvement of teachers' teaching and research and the healthy development of linkage teaching and research.
