| Ideological and political education in junior high school is an important link in promoting the integration of Ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools.To do a good job in Ideological and political education in junior high school is an important prerequisite for achieving the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.Ideological and moral course is the main course of Ideological and political education in junior middle school.The curriculum focuses on the formation and cultivation of students’ ideological concepts,and aims at the cultivation of socialist successors and builders with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and labor.Its own nature and particularity put forward higher requirements for classroom teacher-student interaction.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign classroom teacher-student interaction research and domestic ideological and moral classroom teacher-student interaction research and introducing Classroom Assessment Scoring System,this paper analyses the nature of classroom teacher-student interaction between China and the West,and points out that Classroom Assessment Scoring System can be used in China.Combining with the situation of Ideological and political education in China,the Classroom Assessment Scoring System is used as the research tool.156 classroom observation samples of 26 ideological and moral teachers from eight junior middle schools in Songjiang District of Shanghai and Qimen County of Anhui Province are selected as the research objects.SPSS22.0 is used to analyze and process the data.The study finds that the interaction level in urban junior middle school ideological and moral classroom is higher and significantly better than that in rural area,which is embodied in three aspects: emotional support,classroom organization and teaching support.The biggest difference is in the dimension of classroom organization,followed by teaching support,and emotional support.From the perspective of influencing factors,the interaction in rural junior middle school ideological and moral classroom is more complex.For cities,curriculum content and teachers’ graduation colleges are more significant;for villages,the use of teaching carriers,teaching forms and teachers’ first degree have the greatest impact.Based on the basic requirements of the country for the ideological and political theory course and the basic theory,and supported by data and interview texts,the study puts forward suggestions to improve the level of interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and moral classroom of urban and rural junior middle schools and to narrow the gap between two areas,and compares with the existing research.Suggestions on how to improve the interaction level in urban junior middle schools are putting forward from the perspectives of continuing to improve the importance of curriculum,giving full play to teaching advantages,improving teachers’ sensitivity,creating a positive atmosphere,strengthening language demonstration,improving students’ thinking level and teaching methods in junior three,and paying attention to the gender ratio of teachers.Suggestions on how to improve the interaction level in rural schools are enhancing the organizing ability,enriching the teaching activities,enhancing teacher training,improving the basic quality of teachers.In order to narrow the gap,the study points out that we should increase investment in Ideological and moral education in rural areas,promote the construction of Ideological and moral courses,improve the way of students’ training,strengthen the construction of Ideological and moral teachers,attach importance to the improvement of teachers’ basic qualities,the enhancement of political nature,the innovation of teaching thinking and the charm of personality.Through these measures,we hope to promote the interaction and narrow the gap between urban and rural junior high school,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. |
