In recent years,the scale of interdisciplinary social work master's students has been expanding,followed by the problem of professional identity of interdisciplinary social work master's students.The existing research shows that there are some problems such as utilitarian motivation of postgraduate entrance examination and learning attitude is not correct,which to a certain extent reflects the low level of professional identity of postgraduate social work.This is not conducive to improving the quality of social work personnel training in Colleges and universities,but also not conducive to the development of social work industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study the professional identity of the graduate students of cross professional social work.This study combines the quantitative research method with the qualitative research method,carries on the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview to the graduate students of the interdisciplinary social work in four universities in Guangzhou,in order to understand the professional identity of the graduate students of the interdisciplinary social work,and also explores the influencing factors of their professional identity.The results show that:(1)there are significant differences in the overall professional identity of social work postgraduates in grade,undergraduate major and achievement;(2)the professional identity of interdisciplinary social work postgraduates is in the upper middle level,not reaching the level of comparative identity.The order of the average score of the four dimensions is: cognition >behavior > emotion > relevance;(3)there are significant differences in the degree of professional identity in grade and work experience;(4)the individual motivation,professional basis and professional expectation of micro factors,and the school of meso factors Department support,tutor,classmate,professional and institutional supervision of social work institutions,macro factors of social work occupational security system and social identity have an important impact on the professional identity of cross professional social work postgraduates.Based on the above research results,this study puts forward targeted suggestions to enhance the professional identity of the graduate students of cross professional social work from four aspects: individuals,schools,social work institutions and society.
