After entering the 21 st century,the social economy began to develop at a high speed,which also made China enter the era of knowledge economy and the new era of talent power.The "main force" for the long-term development of enterprises gradually became middleaged and young people,who played an important role in the development of the company.With the reform of national tax and local tax collection and management system,S city gradually developed into a tax education center in the process of the merger of national tax and local tax institutions.S city tax is early education center was founded in order to send all kinds of business talents to S city's tax system,but with the tax department of talent quality and increasing the number of actual demand,S tax education center gradually began to focus on training of young people,has been training needs survey,training content design,training effect evaluation and personal career development plan to develop the business.This article mainly around "S tax education center young and middle-aged talents training management research" this one theme,by reading a large number of young and middle-aged talents training management related literature,study,analysis,summarized the domestic and foreign research status of young and middle-aged talents training management related theory,with S city tax education center as the background,against the tax problems of young and middle-aged talents training management education center,analysis of reasons for the more effective training management methods and countermeasures.First of all,through the questionnaire survey method and education center for nearly a year of training management data statistics,tax education center in the S,summarizes the present situation of the young and middle-aged talents training management analysis,find some problems,such as process trival training pertinence is not strong,training process,training effect evaluation mechanism is not sound,lack of training form a single,training object concept of life-long study,etc.Aiming at these problems,in combination with the practical situation of S city tax education center training work,the causes of the specific problems in-depth analysis and targeted,reframe S tax education center young talent training management system,to improve the deficiency of young and middle-aged talents training management,improve the effectiveness of the young and middle-aged talents training management,make the city S tax competition in the industry in the center of education has more advantages.At the same time,it is also hoped that through this study for the same industry training institutions of young and middle-aged personnel training management to provide practical inspiration.
