Human resource is the first contributor in an enterpriseļ¼Œand the maintenance ofcompetitive advantage and the training of talent are inseparable. The financial enterprise asan important pillar of our national economy has crossed border and industry developmenttrend obviously in recent years, it not only put forward a higher requirement for thefinancial practitioners, but also proposed a new project to the current finance enterprisetalent training mechanism. How to accelerate the discovery and training of young talents ofhigh quality, and to establish a sound talent training mechanism are the major issues relatedto the future development of enterprises. Therefore, research on the cultivation of youngtalents in enterprises has practical significance.This thesis analyzed the practice of young talent training both at home and abroadfrom the connotation of young talent. On this basis, with the China Cinda AssetManagement Co.,Ltd. Hubei branch as an example, analyzed the youth talent trainingmechanism in Hubei branch combining with the modern concept of talent management offinancial enterprises. Though use questionnaires to find out the young staffs characteristicsand to summarize the talent training experiences in Hubei branch of Cinda AMC. Thencombine with the needs of financial industry marketization to find out the problems ofyoung talent training mechanism such as lack of talent construction, narrow channel oftalent growth, single knowledge structure of talent, obsolete salary distribution system andso on. This thesis also put forward specific measures of improvement such as adjustingpersonnel structure, constructing scientific training system, improving evolutionmechanism effectively and optimizing the construction of enterprise culture, so as to build amore reasonable young talent training mechanism which can be implemented timely andeffectively. In the overall quality of knowledge demand diversification and highrequirements of the financial industry. China Cinda Asset Management Co.,Ltd. as acomprehensive financial group has to keep pace with times to establish a healthy andsustainable development of human resources pool. This thesis actively explore the further improvement of young talent training mechanism according to the development needs ofthe company which not only provides the theory support to strengthen the effectiveness ofyoung talent training and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, but alsofurnishes references for the financial industry talent training under the mode of mixedoperation.
