"The famous teacher’s studio "is a new form of teacher education in recent years. It gives play to the role of teacher’s demonstration and guidance, form a group of excellent teachers and take advantage of team operation. It improves the overall level and number of high-level teachers and promotes the teaching reform and the balanced development of education. This article focuses on Gu Xiaohua Studio to analyse its formation, operation mechanism, the role in teacher professional development and its existing problems through the method of literature, cases, observation and interview, thus providing a reference for other areas to develop teachers’ professional development activities.This article is divided into four chapters. The introduction of this article mainly refers to research background, research ideas, research significance, concept definition, research status and research methods. The first chapter introduces the formation and establishment of Gu Xiaohua Studio from its components. The second chapter introduces the activities of the studio in detail. The third chapter discusses the effects of the studio on teacher professional development on the basis of studio’s activities. The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems of famous teacher studio and puts forward some thinking and suggestions. |
