In recent years,with the wide application and popularization of educational informatization,digital educational resources as the content carrier of learning and teaching have become increasingly more important,and the contradiction between users' demand and supply of high-quality digital educational resources has become more and more prominent.How to optimize the allocation of digital education resources? How to provide users with quality resource services? It has become an important problem to be solved urgently.From user demand,the paper is aimed at digital education platform to enterprises as the research object,to study and explore the status quo of digital education resource configuration and service,and reveals the existing problems and put forward a digital education resource configuration and service optimization countermeasures.By sorting out and analyzing the literature related to the allocation and service of digital education resources,it is clear that the core issue of this study is how to optimize the allocation and service of digital education resources in the digital education platform from the perspective of user needs.To users demand theory,the theory of service marketing and education resources allocation theory as the basis,building user demand under the perspective of digital education resource configuration and service model,as the theoretical basis and starting point of this study,the digital education resource configuration and service together,and establish the "meet the requirements and provide feedback" two-way cycle optimization process.Popular in the market of enterprise digital education platform as the research object,mainly adopts the method of content analysis and case study from digital education resource configuration object,configuration,content,configuration method and digital education resources support services,push service,optimize service,evaluation,motivation research analysis such as dimensions.The results show that there are some problems in the allocation of digital education resources,such as the lack of systematic planning in the allocation system,the insufficient analysis of the characteristics of the allocation objects,the slow updating of the allocation contents and the single allocation means.In the aspect of digital education resource service,it pays more attention to the sale of resources and ignores the service quality,and pays more attention to the common problems and ignores the individual service.Focus on resource presentation and lack of navigation services;Focus on resource development and lack of oversight services.These problems hinder the satisfaction of users' needs of digital education platforms and the further development of digital education resources in China.In view of the problems in the allocation and service of digital education resources,combining with national policy requirements,the deep integration of education andtechnology,and the needs of the Internet era,it is proposed that the digital education platform should scientifically plan the process of allocation of educational resources,fully considering the characteristics and needs of the allocation objects To continuously enhance the transparency of platform resource information;in response to the problems in digital education resource services,it is proposed that digital education platforms should improve the content and process of platform resource services,take advantage of information technology to innovate service methods,and differentiate service marketing to enhance brand image.It is hoped that through the above-mentioned countermeasures,it can provide a reference for the development of resource allocation and services of my country's digital education platform,and provide assistance for my country's education informatization work.
