The rapid development of the human resource service industry is conducive to improving the quality of human resource service products,and it can have a significant spillover effect on the national economy.At the same time,the development status,service quality and competitiveness of human resource service enterprises have become issues of wide concern to all sectors of society.The human resource service industry in Jiangxi Province has developed rapidly in recent years.In May 2017,Nanchang National Human Resources Service Industrial Park was approved as the tenth national human resources service industrial park by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.Although the human resource service enterprises in Jiangxi Province have achieved obvious results,compared with the development requirements of the market economy,there are still many gaps compared with the comprehensive service capabilities of human resouce service enterprises in developed provinces and cities,such as high-end services,brand effect,technical level,and other aspects are still relatively weak,the competitive strength is not optimistic.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the competitiveness of human resource service enterprises in Jiangxi Province will serve as a reference for enhancing the competitive advantages of human resource service enterprises in Jiangxi Province.First,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the human resource service industry in Jiangxi Province from the four dimensions of operating income,number of employees,organization size and service items,and sorts out the distribution of the industrial chain.Secondly,on the basis of qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of human resource service enterprises' competitiveness,a survey scale was developed to construct a conceptual model of influencing factors of human resource service enterprises' competitiveness from three aspects,such as resource elements,capability elements and organizational performance,and proposed relevant the research hypothesis.Through field research on enterprises in the human resource service industrial park,collect relevant sample data,and conduct descriptive statistical analysis on the samples from four aspects,such as enterprise size,enterprise nature,enterprise service projects,enterprise research and development departments.After that,the first-order confirmatory factor analysis and the second-order confirmatory factor analysis are respectively conducted on the three aspects of resource elements,capability elements and organizational performance,and the structural equation model is used to carry out the path of the influencing factor model of human resource service enterprise competitiveness and hypothesis testing analysis.Meanwhile,adopt the Bootstrap method of deviation correction to test the mediating effect of organizational performance between resource elements,capability elements and competitiveness.Finally,according to the empirical test results,relevant policy suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of human resource service enterprises in Jiangxi Province were targeted.The research results show that the scale of human resource service enterprises in Jiangxi Province is generally small,with low value-added services such as human resource service outsourcing as the main business,lack of high-end services,poor product innovation capabilities and big data application capabilities,serious qualitative,and weak comprehensive competitiveness.Resource elements,capability elements and organizational performance all have a significant positive impact on the competitiveness of human resource service enterprises.Among them,human resources and financial resources have a greater impact on the competitiveness of human resource service enterprises.The big data application ability is a key factor in the capability elements,and the positive effect of resource elements on competitiveness is weaker than the positive effect of capability elements on competitiveness.Organizational performance has a partial intermediary effect between the capability elements and competitiveness,and organizational performance also has a partial mediating effect between the resource elements and competitiveness.Therefore,in order to enhance the competitiveness of human resource service enterprises in Jiangxi Province,resource elements,capability elements and organizational performance of enterprises are all key considerations.
