Research On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Sports Culture Construction In Large Enterprises In Guangxi

With the increase of living standards,more and more attention is being paid to health and sports.As a booster of people's health and physical exercise,nation-wide workouts and fitness coupled with the guidance of the national policy have turned out to be one of the national strategies.It is apparent that the Party and the government attach importance to sports.Not only do sports gradually play an important part in individual growth but become an indispensable part of national development.Being part of society,enterprises undoubtedly make a big difference to the development of national fitness.Sports culture is partly composed of enterprises' culture.Superb corporate sports culture can promote the staff's physical and mental health,life styles and work efficiency as well as cohesion and establishments of harmonious corporate culture.Therefore,in the construction of corporate culture,creating corporate sports culture is a must.Based on the investigations and analyses of sports culture construction and the current situation of large enterprises in Guangxi,this study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and case analysis,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of sports culture of large enterprises in view of the problems at present.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)presently,the per capita sports venue area of large enterprises in Guangxi haven't satisfied the requirements of the country.(2)most enterprises have the documents and policies issued by the state,but generally lack of the system and documents suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise.(3)the staff and workers have a strong will to take part in sports activities,however,without the guidance of professional sports talents,the staff lack of sports knowledge and skills.At the same time,the participation of staff and workers is also limited by the types of sports.(4)large enterprises in Guangxi generally pay little attention to sports spiritual culture,lack of controlling over the production,sharing and dissemination process of sports spiritual culture.(5)Guangxi Zhongyan carries out the construction of corporate sports culture around "Xin culture"(Xin in Mandarin indicates beautiful and noble ethnics),which is more complete than other enterprises,but there is some room for improvement.Development countermeasures:(1)To solve the problem of insufficient venues and no guidance from professional sports talents through long-term cooperation with clubs and communities.(2)Importance should be attached to the long-term plan of corporate sports culture construction,programming for the enterprise in particular.(3)To strengthen the dissemination of sports spirit and culture,and to carry out omni-directional publicity and popularization via multi-media will be of great help to the construction of enterprise sports culture.(4)Enrich the types of sports activities,give priority to sports with lower skill requirements and lower site requirements,and meet the needs of every employee as much as possible.(5)In the process of constructing enterprise sports culture,it is necessary to link spots with areas;"Areas" refers to considering all aspects of sports culture construction in an all-round way,and “spots” refers to finding the key to constructing enterprise sports culture,which helps construct enterprise sports culture scientifically and reasonably.The key point of the construction of sports culture in large enterprises in Guangxi is making the best of funds to be collected through marketization,meanwhile,based on improvement of the management system and norms,the Trade Unions can delegate moderate power to associations and professional organizations.
