The rise and fall of nations depends on education;The success or failure of education depends on the teacher.Rural education is a livelihood project related to the vital interests of hundreds of millions of farmers,and the young rural teachers are the mainstay of the sustainable development of rural education,which is the key to improving the quality of rural education and ensuring the fairness of rural education.China is in the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The hardest and most arduous task in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is in the countryside.Because the widest and deepest base is in the countryside and the greatest potential and driving force is also in the countryside.In recent years,with the deepening of the reform,cultural diversity has been developing,people's life style has been changing and diversified values have been emerging.The ideological consciousness and values of young rural teachers have also begun to change,and the improvement of ideological and political quality of young rural teachers is facing many new situations and problems,which is in a new era.To improve the ideological and political quality of young teachers in rural areas,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of teachers and build a powerful country of socialist education.In order to realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and cultivate "dream-pursuers",it is of great significance to improve the ideological and political quality of young rural teachers in the era of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Guided by the party's latest theory,this study adheres to the Marxist position,viewpoints and methods,analyzes the current ideological and political quality of young rural teachers in Sichuan and their improvement status through empirical investigation,and analyzes the main problems and causes of their existence.This paper attempts to explore the practical way to enhance the ideological and political quality of young rural teachers in Sichuan,hoping to make some contributions to the construction of rural teachers.This paper consists of four chapters and five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the background and significance of the research.On the basis of reviewing the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas,research methods,key points and innovations of the research are clarified.The second chapter is an overview,which defines the relevant concepts and clarifies their connotation,and points out the qualities rural young teachers should have from four aspects of ideological quality,political quality,moral quality and psychological quality,and finally clarifies the importance of improving ideological and political quality.The third chapter is empirical research;Taking Nanbu county in Nanchong city as an example,the methods of questionnaire and interview are used to investigate the current situation of the ideological and political quality of rural young teachers in Nanbu county.Based on the survey results,the current situation of the ideological and political quality of rural teachers in Nanbu county and their specific problems and causes are analyzed.The fourth chapter is based on the problems of improving the ideological and political quality of young rural teachers in nanbu county reflected in a chapter of investigation.Starting from the government,schools and teachers themselves,this paper tries to put forward a way to improve the ideological and political quality of young rural teachers in Sichuan.The fifth part is the conclusion.On the basis of summing up the previous research,this paper points out the shortcomings of this research and further research directions.
