Research On The Current Situation And Improvement Of Political Quality Of Ideological And Political Education Teachers In Senior High School

High school stage is the key period for students to form world outlook,outlook on life and values.In order to realize all-round education and promote students' all-round development,it is necessary to improve the political quality of high school ideological and political teachers.This study in order to improve the high school education courses teachers' political quality as the center,through the rich quality theory,the theory of political quality combined with background of times development,put forward the high school education courses teachers' political quality of the six elements,namely "political knowledge,political beliefs,political discipline,concentration,political feelings and bear," and set based on the questionnaire,analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey and the reasons,finally focuses on the current high school education courses teachers' political quality of the existing problems of promotion strategy.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of the theory of political quality,the second part is the current situation of the political quality of high school ideological and political course teachers,and the third part is the promotion strategies of the political quality of high school ideological and political course teachers.Political quality is the individual in the process of socialization of cognition,emotion,and attitude towards political problems and values of the psychological quality,and high school education courses teachers' political quality refers to the genetic,on the basis of high school education courses teachers in the process of socialization,by participating in political life,accept political expertise,subject teaching ideas and the professional ethics,on the basis of the political issues of internal,stable cognition,emotion,attitude and values such as psychological quality.To improve the political quality of high school ideological and political teachers is helpful to ensure that the direction of socialism does not deviate,to better play the role of moral education in ideological and political courses,and to promote the professional development of teachers.According to the data of survey,the high school ideological and political teachers represented by Chongqing Municipality have solid political knowledge,firm political belief and serious political discipline.However,there are still some problems such as the need to strengthen political determination,lack of political responsibility and lack of deep political feelings.The reasons include: lack of self-development drive of teachers,lack of self-improvement ability of some teachers,lack of supervision and training of teachers by schools and related education departments,and impact of multiculturalism and various social trends of thought.In order to solve the problem of insufficient political quality of high school ideological and political teachers,high school ideological and political teachers should improve their professional identity and strengthen their political concentration.Improve moral character,enhance political responsibility;Strengthen theoretical and empirical study,deepen political feelings.In addition,schools should strengthen the construction of campus culture;Organize teachers to study political theories and related theories regularly;Develop a scientific evaluation system,and pay more attention to the political quality of teachers in the evaluation to help teachers improve their political quality.Finally,the educational administrative departments should also fulfill their responsibilities and obligations,strengthen the training of teachers on the job,and regularly examine the political quality of high school ideological and political teachers.
