In the context of quality education and curriculum reform,geography practice teaching,geography life oriented teaching,geography efficient classroom,geography flip classroom,etc.These geography teaching methods provide new ideas for geography teachers to reform traditional geography teaching methods.But there are some educational disadvantages in the actual geography teaching process.It is important to explore a teaching method that is more in line with the general teaching practice and attaches more importance to students' subject status.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,and practical research method to sort out the connotation of geography practice teaching and life oriented teaching,analyze the similarities and differences between the two,then combine the characteristics of geography subject knowledge and current teaching practice to explore the teaching strategy of the integration of geography practice teaching and life oriented teaching.The thesis is mainly composed of the following parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper expounds the research background,sorts out the literature review,and on this basis,clarifies the research content,research significance,and conceives research ideas and methods.The second part is the definition of core concepts.This paper introduces two concepts that are closely related to this thesis,and discusses the similarities and differences between geography practice teaching and life oriented teaching to determine the basis of this article.The third part discusses the possibility of merging the two.Based on the survey of middle school geography teachers' understanding and application of geography practice teaching and life oriented teaching,combined with the characteristics of geography teaching content and relevant teaching theories,the feasibility of the combination of the two is discussed.The fourth part is the teaching strategies and teaching cases that are integrated with each other.First of all,starting from updating the theory,the principles of merging the two are clarified,and then the strategies of integrating the two are discussed from the aspects of implementing the teaching operation guarantee mechanism,exploring effective teaching implementation methods,expanding the participation of teaching activities,and designing a reasonable and complete teaching process.Finally,teaching cases design were carried out to reflect the concept and strategy of this article.
