Research On The Investment-benefit Of Beijing CDL Ice Sports Center Project

With the improvement of living conditions,people tend to pursue the promotion of their life quality and to participate in international,fashionable and high-end sports in the aspect of leisure sports.Especially since Beijing won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,people have gradually sought after the ice sports.The state and some provincial and municipal governments are actively committed to promoting the development of ice sports,and large and medium-sized ice sports equipment has been constructed.At present,most large-scale ice centers in China are characterizing in openness,diversified business methods,diversified customer groups,and the unification of public welfare and profitability.The large ice sports center can meet the needs of people's growing leisure and entertainment,as well as the standards of sports training and sports events holding.Beijing CDL Ice Sports Center came into being under the above-mentioned environment.It is an ice sports venue with the ability to undertake international competitions.It adopts international advanced ice-making equipment's;environment-friendly,energy-saving and green external structure;together with the excellent ventilation system,providing a good sports environment for athletes.It is one of the designated training sessions for the Winter Olympic Games.It also hires several international and national athletes as coaches,starting from the dolls,to train young ice hockey players and sports talents for the aim of Chinese ice and snow sports developments.Meanwhile,it also can provide a training site for ice sports on primary and secondary schools in Beijing.This thesis comprehensively bases on the professional investment-benefit theory and combines qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and demonstrate the investment-benefit,uncertainty,existing risks and countermeasures of Beijing CDL Ice Sports Center project,including the project's cost and income composition,profitability,solvency,and uncertainty.It is found that the current project is financially feasible based on strong profitability and anti-risk ability and its relevant economic indicators are better than the average level of local industry,creating social benefits and better economic benefits.In order to control the possibility of risky occurrence,Beijing CDL Ice Sports Center should increase or improve the ice project activities according to the actual requirements of local residents;and explore different needs according to different types of consumers;explore more business models and cultivate more professional ice sports management talents.
