Investigation And Analysis On The Cooperation Between Zhengzhou Social Football Club And Campus Football School

In 2009,the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "Notice on the development of national youth school football activities"(hereinafter referred to as "Notice"),Zhengzhou City actively responded to and cooperate with the implementation of the work,and in a few years has achieved rapid development,Zhengzhou City has also become one of the first pilot areas of the national football characteristic schools.However,in Zhengzhou City to hold campus football activities,there have been a series of problems,such as some schools professional football teachers teachers,school football activities,such as the shortage of funds.At the same time,the community football club as a social force is also involved in promoting the continuous development of campus football.Based on these situations,this paper takes the cooperation between Zhengzhou social football club and campus football characteristic school as the research object,useing the literature method,the questionnaire investigation method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method,the logic analysis method,the case analysis method and so on,carrying on the investigation research from the school teacher,the coach ability,the school to coach the management and the training plan design situation,and summarizes the influence Zhengzhou club and the school mutual cooperation superiority and the existence insufficiency,carrying on the thorough inquiry to the club and the school cooperation insufficiency to seek the solution countermeasure helping Zhengzhou social football club and the campus football characteristic Better cooperation between schools to promote the development of school campus football activities and the healthy development of the club,improve the popularity of Zhengzhou campus football activities.The findings are as follows:(1)Most of the coaches in the social football club have sports experience or coach qualification certificate,can be very good to help the development of campus football work in Zhengzhou City,not only to enable the club to play its social service function,but also to Zhengzhou campus football health and sustainable development has played a certain role in helping.(2)In the cooperation between the football special school and the club,the school is not binding on the coaches enough,the communication is not timely,and the school teaching and training plan is not scientificand.(3)In the cooperation between the football special school and the club,the football-related activities organized in the school,such as football culture festival,football knowledge contest,football parent-child activities,etc.have participated in helping the school to promote the popularization of football and increase the atmosphere of football culture in the school.(4)The school should increase the communication between the coaches of the club and the teachers,avoid the conflict between high-intensity training and cultural curriculum,and allow students to combine learning with training.(5)Henan Province Yunjie Football Club,Henan Wing Wind Football Club and Lebao Sunshine Children's Football Club three clubs are actively involved in Zhengzhou City campus football activities,the use of its own excellent coaching resources and football activities to carry out experience to help the development of football-specific schools related to football activities,to achieve real mutual benefit and win-win situation.In view of the actual situation of the above-mentioned club's cooperation with the school,the following recommendations are made:(1)Increase the opportunities for coaches to learn,help coaches to do all the school's football-related work,to prevent the loss of the club's excellent coaches.(2)After the cooperation between the football special school and the club,the head of the organization should communicate with the coaches and the club,and also have certain reward and punishment measures for the behavior of the club coaches.(3)The Education Bureau may issue a policy document on the content of cooperation between clubs and schools,increase the integration of resources of both clubs and schools,and strengthen the construction of the rising channel for football players.(4)Zhengzhou municipal regulatory authorities to increase the requirements for the approval of clubs,and increase efforts to investigate and punish non-compliant clubs.
