A Study On The Development Of Cooperation Between Youth Amateur Football Clubs And Primary School Campus Football In Wuhan

With the introduction of a series of documents on accelerating the implementation and development of youth campus football,such as Education,Sports and Arts 2015（No.6）,Education,Sports and Arts Department 2016（No.4）and Education,Sports and Arts 2020（No.5）,more social forces and social resources have been encouraged and supported to participate in the development and construction of campus football in China through government leadership.Starting with the development of cooperation between seven youth amateur clubs and primary school campus football in Wuhan,this paper uses literature,questionnaires,interviews and fieldwork to analyse the current situation with regard to the strength of club teachers,the basic situation of cooperation between the two sides,and the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides,and has achieved the following conclusions.（1）The teachers of youth amateur football clubs cooperating with schools in Wuhan are strong,the coaches’ coaching level is generally high,basically they all possess coaching grade certificates,and most of them uphold the teaching philosophy of building moral values.（2）The mode of cooperation between youth amateur football clubs and schools is mainly through the combination of the club’s own teacher strength,planning ability and execution ability with the school’s venue and student resources,etc.,to achieve a win-win cooperation relationship by conducting football public welfare classes,organising campus class leagues,planning the construction of campus football culture,organising school representative team training and leading school representatives to participate in campus football leagues.However,most of the cooperation time is short-term,and the development of the friction between the two sides needs to be improved.（3）The cooperation between youth amateur football clubs and schools investigated in this paper has achieved good results.School class leagues and school football culture are in good condition,students’ participation is greatly improved,and the competition results of school football teams have improved significantly.Enrolment in the club has improved significantly,but the operating efficiency is average.（4）The motivation for the cooperation of youth amateur football clubs was mainly the demand for students and venues.Schools’ motivation for cooperation is mainly to popularise the sport of school football and the level of play in our schools.（5）The dilemma of youth amateur football clubs participating in school football is mainly manifested in the following points: the survival problems faced by clubs entering schools,the lack of attention from students’ parents,the lack of long-term training plans between clubs and schools,safety issues,and the unregulated mode of cooperation.Based on the above findings,relevant recommendations were made.（1）Youth amateur football clubs should constantly improve their rules and regulations,establish a sound entry mechanism for coaches,regularly assess the coaching level of coaches,and strengthen the training of coaches to infuse the concept of moral education into football teaching.（2）Clubs and schools can improve their partnership in response to problems that arise in the process of cooperation,so as to discover new modes of cooperation.（3）A combination of school,government and community resources can be used to raise funds through a number of channels,and special funding for school football can be increased,with appropriate subsidies given to clubs or coaches who have made outstanding contributions to school football.（4）School physical education teachers can actively participate in the training of football coaches to increase the number of teachers on campus.Clubs can also work with schools on a regular basis to conduct training activities for teachers to improve their knowledge of basic football theory as well as skills.（5）Increase the popularity of football clubs’ involvement in school football in schools,emphasising the integration of sports and education and the concept of moral education.Support the cooperation between the two sides through policies and develop a guarantee mechanism regarding the cooperation.
