The flipped classroom teaching mode originated in Colorado,the United States.It is a new teaching mode that subverts the traditional teaching mode.In the classroom of traditional teaching mode,teachers talk for 45 minutes in class and students complete their homework after class.Such a teaching mode is difficult to stimulate students' learning interest,independent learning capability,cooperative learning ability,innovative spirit and practical ability,which seriously frustrates students' learning initiative and is not beneficial to the development of the students creativity.In the background of the new college entrance examination reform in Shandong Province,abolishing science-humanities division means that students have the right to choose what they want to learn.So if we still follow the traditional teaching mode,it is difficult for students to be interested in the chemistry course.Once the content becomes more difficult,some students will want to give up learning chemistry.It will reduce the number of students who choose to study chemistry,and reduce the number of people who study and relate to the fields of chemistry in the future,which will affect our country's development of science and technology.Flipped classroom will turn the roles of students and teachers.Teachers provide learning materials for students.Students learn new knowledge through independent learning,inquiry learning,cooperative learning and other ways.So flipped classroom can reflect student's dominant position,improve students' learning interest and learning ability,which is conducive to cultivating more innovative talents for the country and meeting the requirements of the country for talent cultivation.Using new teaching mode is also an inevitable requirement of the development of modern information technology for the reform of traditional teaching modes and methods.Through literature search,it is found that there are many documents and doctoral theses about the research of implementing flipped classroom in recent years.Many schools at home and abroad are also actively carrying out curriculum reform and exploring new and efficient teaching mode.Flipped classroom has been successfully implemented and promoted all over the world.For chemistry,there are many researches on flipped classroom teaching in junior high school and senior high school,but the specific implementation methods are not very clear."Three stages and eight steps" flipped classroom aims to provide specific implementation methods and considerable implementation effects for senior high school.By consulting the literature and investigating the research objects in our school,the author determines the feasibility of implementing the "three stages and eight steps" flipped classroom,designs chemical teaching cases for implementation,and studies the implementation effect of this teaching mode through comparative experiments.The research methods used in this study are literature research,action research,experimental research and investigation research.The author uses the experimental research method to carry on the teaching practice.The traditional teaching mode and three stages and eight steps flipped classroom teaching mode are implemented for the two parallel classes respectively.The experimental results show that the "three stages and eight steps" flipped classroom teaching mode can improve students' chemistry study score.Through the questionnaire and interview results after the experiment,it is shown that the "three stages and eight steps" flipped classroom can improve students' interest in learning chemistry,improve students' initiative in learning,group cooperation ability and practical ability.At the same time,it can also mobilize teachers' enthusiasm in teaching,and break through the traditional lesson preparation mode to explore more diversified teaching mode.This research provides a feasible flipped classroom teaching mode and specific implementation method for chemistry teachers in senior high school.It combines flipped classroom teaching mode and part of traditional teaching mode.It is an efficient teaching mode that can not only adapt to the new college entrance examination,but also be accepted by students and teachers.
