With the continuous promotion of quality-oriented education and the deepening of basic education reform,it is widely recognized that social emotion plays an irreplaceable role in improving students' future social life quality.At present,based on the influence of teachers,families,schools and communities,there are still many problems in the social and emotional status quo of primary school students.And primary school students,have very strong plasticity,at this stage to cultivate the social emotions,not only can make students better understand and control their emotions,understand the benign interaction with others,to establish and maintain good interpersonal relations,effectively deal with various problems,and can help them set up the correct outlook on life,values and world view.Taking 231 students from grade 4 to grade 6 in two primary schools in linyi city,shandong province as examples,this study investigated the social and emotional status of primary school students by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The investigation involves the general state of social emotion of primary school students,the state of each dimension and the difference of related demographic variables.Through investigation,it is found that there are still some problems in the current social emotional situation of primary school students.The second is the poor ability to resolve conflicts with peers.Third,poor self-management ability;The fourth is to encounter difficulties and poor sense of responsibility.At the same time,by analyzing the data differences among different genders,grades and places of residence,we found that there were differences among different demographic variables.Specifically,the social emotion of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.The social emotion of the fourth grade students was significantly higher than that of the fifth grade and the sixth grade.The social emotion of urban pupils is significantly higher than that of rural pupils.Based on the analysis of the social emotional problems of primary school students,the reasons are mainly from the following aspects: first,teachers are hard to work,and some teachers have a deviation in their educational concepts;Second,parents are weak in social emotional awareness,lack of relevant social emotional knowledge,and home-school communication is amere formality.Third,the school does not pay attention to the construction of the relevant security system for cultivating students' social emotions,and the relevant mechanism has not been fully established.Fourth,the community environment is complex and changeable,it is difficult to provide good social emotional atmosphere and public opinion for primary school students.According to the reason of appeal,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the social emotion of primary school students.One is the improvement of teachers.Teachers should set up correct teaching concepts,respect the gender difference of students and grasp the "critical period" of students' development from the perspective of promoting the overall development of students.Second,the improvement of home-school cooperation,we should update the way of parents participating in school activities,and carry out effective social emotional home-school cooperation.Third,the improvement of schools,schools should pay more attention to the establishment of a sound social emotional security mechanism;Fourth,the improvement of the community,the community should establish a close relationship with the family,school,create a good community social emotional atmosphere and public opinion.It is hoped that these four improvement measures can provide an effective reference for the steady development of social emotion of primary school students.
