Objectives: To investigate the effects of six-week ankle soft tissue compression band training on ankle muscle function and balance and posture control ability,and to analyze the effects of ankle muscle function and posture control ability on ankle injury risk,thus for the future ankle training guidance,injury prevention to provide a reference.Design: By recruiting 32 full-time college students from Shandong sport university,and dividing them into experimental group and Control Group,we conducted six-week floss band with or without floss band,before and after the experiment,the Plantar dorsiflexion strength,dorsiflexion activity,vertical jump height,super balance and Y balance of ankle were measured.The effects of training intervention and Group on Ankle Metatarsal dorsiflexion strength,ankle dorsiflexion mobility,vertical jump height,super balance and Y balance were determined by 2×2 mixed design variance analysis.Results:(1)The Maximal Plantar flexion strength index of Ankle Weight showed that there were significant differences between the two groups after training(P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the pressure group and the non-pressure Group(P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the index of maximum dorsiflexion strength per unit weight of ankle joint between the groups before and after the test(P>0.05),and no difference was found in the ratio of metatarsal flexion to dorsiflexion between the groups(P>0.05),but it was better after the training than before,there was significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Ankle Dorsiflexion activity index showed that there was significant difference between the two groups after training(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the pressure group and the non-pressure Group(P>0.05).(3)No significant difference was found in the test indexes of vertical jump height before and after training(P>0.05).(4)No significant difference was found in the indexes of ankle super balance before and after training(P>0.05).(5)The index of Y balance of lower limbs was significantly better after training than before(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the index of posteromedial and posterolateral between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Six-week floss band training can improve the flexion strength anddorsiflexion mobility of the ankle,which may help to improve the ankle function and reduce the risk of ankle sprain.(2)Six-week floss band training can improve the Dynamic equilibrium ability to some extent,which may help to improve the dynamic posture control and reduce the risk of ankle sprain.(3)Six-week soft floss band training cannot improve the Dorsiflexion strength,vertical jump performance and static balance ability of ankle,and there is no significant difference between the training effect with and without floss band training.
