Objective After sprained ankle joint patients may occur sequelae, such as pain, muscle strength decline, proprioceptive function weakened, posture control ability reduced and repeated sprain sequelae symptoms, but the general patients in ankle injury after lack of exercise aimed at improving functional loss,And easy to form ankle joint again sprain, finally fall into vicious circle. Therefore,in view of this series of functional changes,a comprehensive, consistent with the normal movement of the human body, can enable the patient to return to the exercise itself exercise plan is worth discussing. The main purpose of this study is to explore the use of 12 weeks of aerobics training and 12 weeks of proprioceptive training to functional ankle instability(FA I)the patients were given exercise intervention, and the effects of two training programs were analyzed. It provides some scientific basis and theoretical support for the functional ankle instability patients to carry out comprehensive, efficient and suitable rehabilitation training.MethodsSelected 30 female college students with functional ankle instability(FAI)and no training basis were selected and randomly divided into three groups: experimental group(10 students in proprioceptive training group)and control group(n = 10).The aerobics training group(10)and the control group(no intervention of any kind,10)used a three-dimensional dynamometer(1000 Hz,9281 CA,Kistler,Switzerland)system,star-shaped stretch balance test pad.The static and dynamic posture stability indexes and ankle muscle strength were quantitatively analyzed by ISO-Med 2000 isokinetic muscle strength test system.Result1)Static posture stability test results:After 12 weeks of intervention training, the pressure center shaking distance, the maximum shaking diameter, the mean swing velocity and the pressure center offset area of aerobics training group and proprioceptive training group were significantly decreased. The stability of static posture is improved obviously. There were no significant changes in the indexes of the control group.2)Dynamic pose stability test results:(1)Jump-to-ground test of 20 cm step without initial velocityIn the aerobics training group and the proprioceptive training group, after intervention training,in the jumping landing test, the APSI(stability index in front and back direction)other than VSI(vertical stability index),MLSI(stability index in left and right direction)and DPSI(overall stability index)were significantly increased. There was no significant difference between the two training methods. There was no significant difference between the test results of the control group and those after training.(2)Star Excursion Balance TestsThere were significant differences between the proprioceptive training group and the aerobics training group in the front, back, inside and inside front after training(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the other four directions(front, rear and rear),and there was no significant difference between the two training methods. There was no significant difference between the indexes of the control group before and after.3)Isokinetic muscle strength test results:The peak torque, relative peak torque and muscle strength of the proprioceptive training group and aerobics training group were increased after training. The work ability of the proprioceptive training group was better than that of the aerobics training group in the relative high speed exercise(180 °/ s),while the aerobics training group had significant effect on improving the balance development of the ankle varus muscle strength(PTI/PTE).Conclusion1.Aerobics training improved the ability of static posture stability, dynamic posture stability and muscle strength around ankle joint in(FAI)patients with functional ankle instability. The improvement of postural control, muscle strength and coordination in patients with functional ankle instability(FAI)has achieved good results.2.In the contrast analysis of proprioceptive training and aerobics training,it is found that both of them can improve the patient's posture control ability, and there is no significant difference between them.In the test of muscle strength,it is found that compared with aerobics training, the proprioceptive training has a stronger ability of high-speed exercise(180 °/ s),and aerobics training can make the ankle joint varus muscle strength more balanced development.
