Samba is one of the five Latin dances in sports dance.It is loved by many friends for its cheerful music rhythm and passionate dance style.Its dance movement characteristics are mainly the elastic movement of the lower limbs,and the ankle strength plays a crucial role in the elastic movement.This paper uses the ankle strength training method to carry out experimental intervention,focusing on the characteristics of Samba dance.Through the analysis of ankle strength quality index,1 minute Samba dance movement completion quality index and professional skills test results,this paper interprets the correlation and influence of ankle strength training and Samba dance elastic movement.By using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes 40 students from the Latin dance advanced class of Shi Dai Xin Guang dance school in Chengdu high tech Zone of Sichuan Province as the experimental objects.The experiment is divided into two groups,20 students in each group.The experimental test indexes were ankle strength quality,1 minute Samba movement completion quality times and professional skills test.Before the experiment,there was no difference between the control group and the experimental group,but after 16 weeks of teaching experiment,there were differences in ankle strength quality index,1 minute Samba movement completion quality index and professional skills test scores between the two groups:1.Ankle strength training can stabilize the ankle muscle group,effective ankle strength training can promote the work efficiency of ankle joint,strengthen the energy transportation from lower limb strength to core strength of sports dancers,so as to effectively improve the technical level of elastic movement of Samba dance.2.Through the comparative analysis before and after the experiment: the experimental group students who have 16 weeks of ankle strength training,their ankle strength indicators: 1 minute heel lift,30 seconds saute,30 seconds echope,30 seconds battu indicators have been significantly improved.3.Through the comparative analysis before and after the experiment: the experimental group students who had 16 weeks of ankle strength training,their1-minute Samba movement completion quality indicators: whisk,standing,boat fogo,cruzados Samba walk 1-minute Volta have been significantly improved.4.Through 16 weeks of ankle strength training in the experimental group,the basic rhythm and time value,dance performance,step skills,dance style and body lines of the experimental group are better than those of the control group.There are significant differences in four ankle strength quality indicators and five 1-minute Samba movement completion quality indicators between the experimental group and the control group,which proves that ankle strength training can improve the flexibility of Samba dance The quality of the work.
