In recent years,the level of national economic development continues to improve,our people's living conditions have been significantly improved,education,especially children's education will be more attention.At present,the country has fully liberalized the two-child policy,on the one hand effectively alleviates our country's population aging crisis,on the other hand also has brought the huge development opportunity for our country's preschool education.To meet the growing demand of young parents for preschool education is not only the requirement of the times,but also the need of the development of all kinds of schools.Therefore,this paper takes XX kindergarten in Nanyang as the research object,takes PEST analysis and SWOT analysis as the tools,and takes the kindergarten's development strategy as the research goal.The research shows that the advantages of XX kindergarten mainly include the following five aspects:(1)Good Location;(2)safe and reasonable campus layout;(3)complete and advanced educational hardware facilities;(4)Beautiful Environment in the kindergarten;(5)the quality of Education Services is excellent.The disadvantages mainly have the following three aspects:(1)the overall strength of teachers is weak,the staff's skills are not comprehensive;(2)The lack of park characteristics;(3)the brand construction lags behind.Based on the analysis and conclusion,the development orientation of the park is clearly put forward,that is,according to the customers' demand and preference for Preschool Service,the park will be located in the middle and high end service market,and the school will be run with characteristics,thus shaping the distinctive service characteristics,and in the market to convey more information to the target customers.At the same time,the author puts forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the development strategy,such as perfecting the management system,strengthening the process supervision,paying attention to the market demand,strengthening the skills training of teachers,and optimizing the environment of the campus,etc.,in order to achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable and healthy development of kindergartens.This study helps the kindergarten to have a clearer positioning of its own situation,and customized its own marketing plan according to its own characteristics,and provides useful reference for other peers.
